المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن تحرير محل النزاع في مسائل علم الكلام. واعتمد البحث في الجانب النظري على المنهج التحليلي الاستنباطي. وجاء البحث في فصلين، حيث تناول الفصل الأول دراسة الجانب النظري لتحرير محل النزاع واشتمل على أربعة مباحث، أوضح المبحث الأول تعريف تحرير محل النزاع. كما أظهر المبحث الثاني عناية المتكلمين بتحرير محل النزاع. وأشار المبحث الثالث إلى ميادين تحرير محل النزاع. كما كشف المبحث الرابع عن أقسام تحرير محل النزاع. واستعرض الفصل الثاني الجانب التطبيقي والواقع العملي لمسائل تحرير محل النزاع لدى المتكلمين، وجمع فيه الباحث أكثر من مائة مسألة حرر المتكلمون فيها محل النزاع، واشتمل على ثلاثة مباحث، ناقش المبحث الأول مسائل الإلهيات. وأوضح المبحث الثاني مسائل النبوات والسمعيات. وأظهر المبحث الثالث المسائل العامة. وجاءت نتائج البحث مؤكدة على أن تحرير محل النزاع يعتبر منهجاً أو ادباً من آداب البحث والمناظرة بين المتناظرين، وهو طريقة سلكها المتكلمون لحسم الشغب، وإنهاء الجدل العقيم. كما أوضحت النتائج أن المتكلمون نظرياً أشاروا إلى ضرورة تحرير محل النزاع، وحرصوا عليه، وهذا يدل على مدى اعتنائهم بتحرير محل النزاع حتى جعلوه سببا في منع الخطأ في المواضع الصعبة التي تذل فيها الأقدام، ويكثر فيها الشغب. وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن هذا البحث جمع أكثر من مائة مسألة دلت على تغلغل هذا المنهج في شتى مباحث علم الكلام المختلفة، وعلى مدى تعويل المتكلمين عليه، ولجوئهم إليه في الجدل، والبحث والمناظرة، وقد قام البحث بترتيبها على النسق المعهود في المؤلفات الكلامية. وأوصى البحث بضرورة اهتمام الباحثين ببحث تحرير محل النزاع بين طوائف فرقة واحدة، أو بين فرقتين، أو أكثر، تبعاً لما تحدث عنه البحث من أقسام تحرير محل النزاع وأنماطه المتعددة.

The aim of the research is to reveal the end of the conflict in matters of theology. The research was based on the theoretical side of the deductive analytic approach. It was divided into two chapters. The first chapter dealt with the study of the theoretical aspect of the liberation of the conflict and included four topics. The first topic clarified the definition of liberating the matter of dispute. The second topic showed the speakers' attention to the liberation of the conflict. The third topic referred to areas of conflict liberalization. The fourth topic pointed out the sections of the liberation of the conflict. The second chapter reviewed the applied and practical aspects of the issues of the liberation of the dispute among the speakers, in which the researcher collected more than one hundred issues in which the speakers were debated and included three topics. The first topic discussed the issues of divinities. The second topic explained the issues of prophecies and narrations. The third topic showed general issues. The results of the research confirmed that the liberation of the conflict is an approach or literature of research and debate between the debaters, a method used by speakers to resolve the riots, and to end the sterile argumentation. The results also showed that, in theory, the speakers pointed to the necessity of liberating the conflict, and that they were keen on it. This indicates how much they care about the liberation of the conflict, so that they made it a reason to prevent mistakes in the difficult places where the feet are shaken and the riots are frequent. Moreover, the results of the research found that this research has collected more than 100 questions. This approach has penetrated the various aspects of theology, and the extent to which the speakers have relied on it and resorted to it in the argumentation, research and debate. The research has arranged them according to the usual style in the literature. The research recommended that the researcher should be interested in discussing the liberation of the conflict between the sects of one group or between two or more groups, according to the sections discussed by the research in regard with the liberation of the conflict and its various patterns.
