المستخلص: This study aimed to identify the degree of exercise of the faculties of education in the Palestinian universities to the standards of business ethics and ways of developing them, so to say whether there were significant differences between the averages of the sample estimates of the degree of colleges of education in the Palestinian universities to the standards of business ethics due to the variables of differences (sex, university and the scientific level) has been used researchers descriptive analytical method for the application of the study questionnaire consisting tool (26) items distributed on two areas: the area of intellectual and cultural standards, academic standards, on a sample survey of the faculty at colleges of education Palestinian universities, which numbered members (91) according to academic Rank Assistant Professor Associate Professor was chosen as a random sample of (39). was used statistical treatments: alfa Cronbach, retail midterm, duplicates, averages, etc.. and it was the most important findings of the study: the total score of the questionnaire was (65.20%), ie the degree the practice of colleges of education in the Palestinian universities for standards work ethic came moderately, no statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample due to the variable university personnel estimates, and researchers proposed a set of steps for the development of the degree of colleges of education in the Palestinian universities to the standards of business ethics, including: the formation of rights Act intellectual and cultural property of all colleges by the Ministry of Higher Education, to form a committee for the protection of discipline standards of business ethics in the colleges of education Palestinian universities.

هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة ممارسة كليات التربية في الجامعات الفلسطينية لمعايير أخلاقيات العمل وسبل تطويرها، وكذلك الكشف عما إذا كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة لدرجة ممارسة كليات التربية في الجامعات الفلسطينية لمعايير أخلاقيات العمل تعزي لمتغيرات (الجنس، الجامعة، الرتبة العلمية)، وقد استخدمت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتطبيق أداة الدراسة الاستبانة المكونة من (26) فقرة والموزعة على مجالين: مجال المعايير الفكرية والثقافية، المعايير الأكاديمية، على عينة الدراسة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليات التربية بالجامعات الفلسطينية والتي عددهم (91) حسب الرتبة الأكاديمية أستاذ مساعد وأستاذ مشارك وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية عددها (39)، وتم استخدام المعالجات الإحصائية: ألفا كرونباخ، التجزئة النصفية، التكرارات، المتوسطات الحسابية وغيرها، وكان من أهم نتائج الدراسة: الدرجة الكلية للاستبانة بلغت(65.20%) أي أن درجة ممارسة كليات التربية في الجامعات الفلسطينية لمعايير أخلاقيات العمل جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزي لمتغير الجامعة، وقد اقترحت الباحثتان مجموعة من الخطوات لتطوير درجة ممارسة كليات التربية في الجامعات الفلسطينية لمعايير أخلاقيات العمل، ومنها: تشكيل قانون حقوق الملكية الفكرية والثقافية لجميع الكليات من قبل وزارة التعليم العالي، وتشكيل لجنة انضباط لحماية معايير أخلاقيات العمل في كليات التربية بالجامعات الفلسطينية.
