المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على الموقوف على الصحابي من خلال دراسة في المصطلح والتطبيق. وأشتمل البحث على فصلين تناول الفصل الأول التعريف بالصحابي وطرق إثبات الصحبة وطبقاتهم وعدالتهم. بينما اهتم الفصل الثاني بتعريف الموقوف وأنواعه وأمثلته وحكمه وسنه وفتوي ومذهب الصحابي. وكذلك حكم مخالفة الصحابي الحديث الذي يرويه. فضلا عن مظان وجود الموقوف. وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن المقصود بالموقوف هو قول الصحابي أو فعله أو تقريره.
وإن الصحابة رضوان الله عليهم كلهم عدول بما ثبت لهم في الكتاب والسنة الصحيحة. بالإضافة إن الصحابة رضوان الله عليهم هم أفضل خلق الله تعالي بعد النبيين والمرسلين حيث تفاضلت مراتبهم ودرجاتهم فيما بينهم. وإن قول الصحابي الموقوف عليه حجة ما لم يخالفه غيره من الصحابة. وكذلك أن قول الصحابي الذي لا مجال فيه للاجتهاد والرأي له حكم الرفع لرسول الله صلي الله علية وسلم. واجتماع الخلفاء الراشدين حجة شرعية يحتج بها. وأن الراجح في حال مخالفة الصحابي في فعله حديثا رواه عن النبي علي الله عليه وسلم فالحجة بما روي.

The research aims to shed light on al Mawqoof on the companion through a study in the term and application. The study includes two chapters; the first chapter tackles the definition of the companion and ways to prove companionship, their categories and their justice. The second chapter addresses the definition of al Mawqoof, its types, its examples, its rulings, and the sunna (way) of the companion and his fatwa and ideology, as well as the ruling of violating the Hadith narrated by companions and the thoughts of the presence of al Mawqoof.
The results of the research conclude that the meaning of al Mawqoof is the statement of the companion or his action or his report. The Companions, may Allah be pleased with them, are trustworthy and righteous as proven in Quran and Sunnah. In addition, the Companions, may Allah be pleased with them, are the best creation of Allah after the Prophets and Messengers, their ranks and degrees were different among themselves. The Mawqoof saying of the companion is considered to be an evidence unless he is contradicted by other companion. Similarly, the view of the companion, in which there is no room for ijtihad and opinion, has the ruling of elevating it to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The consensus of the righteous caliphs is a legitimate argument. The most preponderant opinion in case of violation the companion in his action is a Hadith narrated by the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him as the argument is what the companion has narrated.
