المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على خِطاب المحاورة الحجاجي في التراث الأدبي واتخاذ محاورات الخوارج أنموذجا. وتكونت الدراسة من ثلاثة فصول، وتناول الفصل التمهيدي نظرية الخطاب الحجابي وعلاقته بالدرس البلاغي. كما تناول الفصل الأول الأنماط الحوارية سواء النقدية أو المباحثة الحوارية. ومحاورات الخوارج ومناظراتهم. بينما ركز الفصل الثاني على بنية الخطاب الحواري ولغته من جهتي الألفاظ والتراكيب وأبرز الأساليب اللغوية للحوار الحجاجي. وكذلك آليات خطاب المحاورة الحجاجي وصورة. فضلا عن دور الاستعارة الحجاجي في الحوار.
وأكدت نتائج الدراسة أن موقف الخوارج من الحوار لم يخرج عن ثلاثة أحوال. إما التقبل والاعتراف بصحة الرأي الآخر. وإما الاختلاف والرفض. إما التقارب في وجهات النظر. كما أكدت على أن الحوار لا يوجد الاختلاف. وأن اللجوء اليه يعني عدم فرض الرأي والإكراه وأنه الطريق الأمن لحل الصراعات والنزاعات بالتي هي أحسن كما أنه وسيلة ناجحة لتخفيف المشاعر المكبوتة في النفس والتحرر من ضغط المشاعر العدائية والشعور بالاضطهاد والقهر.
وأن صور الحوار الحجاجي في مواجهة تطرف الخوارج لا تستند إلى العناصر العقلية وحدها وإنما تمتزج فيها الحجة العقلية بعوامل التأثير الوجدانية وبلاغة الأساليب اللغوية.

The study aims to shed light on the discourse of the argumentation theory in the literary heritage taking the dialogue of the Kharijites as a model. The study consists of 3 chapters; the introductory chapter tackles the discourse of the argumentation theory and its relation to the rhetorical study. The first chapter discusses the patterns of dialogue, whether monetary or debatable, Kharijites and their debates. The second chapter focuses on the structure of the dialogue discourse and its language regarding terms, structures and the most prominent linguistic methods of argumentation theory as well as the mechanisms of on the discourse of the argumentation theory and its forms; in addition to the role of the argumentation theory in the discourse.
The results of the study confirm that the position of the Kharijites of the dialogue did not exceed 3 conditions; either to accept the opinion to acknowledge the validity of the other opinion or to disagree and reject or either to converge views. The results also stress that the dialogue does not lead to the difference and resorting to it means not to impose opinion and coercion but it is the path to security in order to resolve conflicts and disputes is the best way; in addition, the dialogue is a successful way to alleviate pent-up feelings liberating from the pressure of hostile feelings and the sense of oppression. The images of the dialogue of the argumentation theory to face the extremism of the Kharijites are not based on the mental elements alone, but the mental argument mix with the emotional factors and the eloquence of linguistic methods.
