الأسرة وحدة متكاملة في جسم المجتمع. إنها التجمع العائلي الأكثر حساسية وتأثرا بما يحيط به، وما يجري داخله من تأثيرات وتفاعلات متنوعة، وانسجام الأسرة داخليا، وخارجيا مع باقي الوحدات التي تشكل المجتمع يعطيها قوة وتآلفا تستطيع من خلاله البقاء والتكيف ضمن هذا الجسم الواحد، ولعل التخطيط العائلي أحد تلك الموازين والضوابط التي تنتجها الأسرة لكي تستطيع أن تمتص المؤثرات الاجتماعية الخارجية أو أن تصدر مؤثراتها التفاعلية الداخلية إلى المجتمع المحيط بها، ولا شك أن كل زوج وزوجة، يطمح كل منهما لتكوين أسرة سعيدة، أسرة ذكية....!! وإذا علمنا أن الزواج ما هو إلا اتفاق لبناء هذه الأسرة، فإن نجاح هذا الزواج يتوقف على مدى الانسجام والتفاهم بين الزوجين، ومدى شعورهما بأن ما يجمعهما من قواسم مشتركة ومحبة متبادلة أقوى من أن تفرقة مشاكل الحياة وهمومها، ربما يكون من أساب تلك المشاكل غياب التخطيط الفعال لإدارة هذه المؤسسة الأسرية. سنحاول من خلال هذا المقال سبر أغوار أصغر خلايا المجتمع والأساس الذي يقوم عليه هذا الأخير من خلال تسليط الضوء على أحد الوظائف الموكلة إليها وهي التخطيط الذي يعد بمثابة تنظيم للفكر والذات في المقام الأول يساعد الأسرة على الوصول إلى أهدافها وأحلامها وتطلعاتها المستقبلية بطرق مبرمجة وسليمة ولعل الأسرة الجزائرية تولي أهمية لهذه الوظيفية على اعتبار أنها أساس السعادة الأسرية للوصول لتحقيق ما يصطلح عليه بجودة الحياة الأسرية.
