المستخلص: يحاول هذا الجهد أن يعطي صورة مقتضبة عن عمل المرأة الجزائرية، كما هو في الواقع، قبل استقلال الجزائر وبعده، وكما نصت عليه القوانين الوطنية منذ مؤتمر الصومام إلى غاية دستور 2016. ويبين كيف شكلت الثورة التحريرية عاملا محددا لتغيير وضعية المرأة، حيث أصبحت أكتر اندماجا في الحياة الإجتماعية، بسبب نضالها السياسي ومشاركتها في الثورة التحريرية، الأمر الذي استتبع دخولها سوق العمل بعد الاستقلال من بابه الواسع، ولقد عملت القوانين المختلفة على تكريس هذا الواقع المتطور، معترفة للمرأة بقدرتها على ممارسة دورها كاملا مثل الرجل، وعلى تحملها كافة أنواع المسؤوليات مثله في المجالات الحيوية المختلفة.

Dans cette article, nous avons essayé de mettre en lumière l’aspect actif de la femme algérienne, tel qu’il se présente en réalité, avant et après l’indépendance, et tel que les chartes et lois nationales le présentent, depuis le congrès de la Soummam et jusqu’à la parution en 2016 de la dernière constitution. Il montre également comment la guerre de libération nationale a-t-elle constitué un facteur déterminant de changement relatif à la situation de la femme, qui a mieux intégré la société, grâce à son rôle politique et militaire. Raison pour laquelle, après l’indépendance, elle a accédé au marché du travail par les voies les plus larges. Les lois successives ont consacré ce changement en reconnaissant à la femme la capacité d’accomplir pleinement ses devoirs et de pouvoir assumer toute sorte de responsabilité, dans les divers domaines de la vie sociale.

This effort attempts to give a brief picture of the Algerian women's work, as it is in reality, before and after Algeria's independence and as stipulated by national laws since the end of the Soummam conference until the 2016 constitution. It showed how the liberation revolution was a determining factor in changing the status of women. The woman has become more integrated into social life, because of her political struggle and her participation in the liberal revolution. This entailed her join to the labor market after independence from its wide door. The various laws have enshrined this evolving reality, recognizing women's ability to play their full role as men. They bear all kinds of responsibilities, as him in the various vital areas.
