المستخلص: سنبحث في مقالنا هذا مبحثا مهما في الفلسفة الاسلامية والمتمثل في: "الكلام والاسم والفعل والحرف والصوت، واللغة واللسان"، عند علم مهم من علماء الشريعة الاسلامية، مشارك في العلوم الفلسفية، والصوفية، والكلامية، والمنطق، وغيرها من العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية. هذا العالم العلامة والفقيه الفهامة قد تناوله باحثون شتى في دراساتهم الاكاديمية، أحببنا أن نبحث عنده هذه الجزئية لأسباب موضوعية وأخري ذاتية، منها أننا لم نري من كتب فيها بحثا أكاديميا مستقلا، وأبدي موقف هذه الشخصية منها. مع أهمية البحث واحتياجها وتجليها، من جهة أنها أحدثت مواقف متباينة حولها، كونها تميزت بمميزات لا تجتمع في فرد الا نادرا، من حفظ وذكاء وثقافة علوم واسعة مع قوة حجة وبيان محجة ودقة فهم مع لسان سؤول وقلب عقول. علمنا هذا كان على رأس المئة السابعة الهجرية، وهو العلامة أحمد بن عبد الحليم بن تيمية (ت 728هـ) "آية من آيات الله العظام، ونادرة من نوادر الأيام". هذا وقد لخصنا المادة المبثوثة من فتاويه بخاصة وبعض مصادره الأخرى بعامة، جمعنا منها المادة العلمية ورتبناها وألفنا بينها وعلقنا على ما يجب منها وشرحنا الغامض سعيا وراء تحرير مناسب بهذا العلم وهذا العلم. وهكذا قسمنا البحث إلي عناصر تحرينا فيها الدقة، والايجاز، والاعتصار وكذا الاقتصار علي اللفظ الدال علي المعني المراد، دون تكلف للسجع والاطناب والاخلال بالمعني، فغاية التناهي غلط وخير الأمور وسط. وقد جاء بحثنا مرتبا في نقاط بدءا من مفهوم الكلام والاسم والفعل والحرف لغة واصطلاحا، إلى أنواع الحرف والكلام وأصله وكذا نشأت اللغة، إلي جمع فوائد البحث في آخره.

In this article, we will discuss an important research on Islamic philosophy, which is represented by: “Speech, Name, Deed, Letter, Voice, Language and Tongue” according to an important scholars from among the scholars of Shariah (Islamic legal) sciences, a participant in philosophical, mystical, verbal, logic and other humanities and social sciences. This scholar and jurist scholar has been addressed by various researchers in their academic studies, We liked to study him for both objective and subjective reasons of which we did not see who wrote independent academic research in it and expressed the attitude of this character towards it.
With the importance of research, its need and its manifestation, on the one hand, it has created divergent positions around it, because it is characterized by characteristics that are not found in an individual but rarely, from preservation, intelligence and culture of broad science with the power of argumentation and speech and accuracy of understanding with curious and questioning tongue and an intelligent heart. This scholar of ours lived in the beginning of the 7th Hijri Century, He is the scholar, Ahmad ibn 'Abd al-Halim ibn Taymiyah (died. 728 AH), One of the great and rare signs of Allah.”
We summed up the broadcast material from his fatwas, in particular, and some of his other sources in general. We collected scientific material from it, arranged it, and compiled it, commented on what is necessary from it and explained the vague explanation in pursuit of the proper writings of this scholar. Thus, we divided the research into elements in which we investigated accuracy, brevity, and conciseness, as well as limiting ourselves to the term that refers to the intended meaning without resorting to cocking, abusing and distorting the meaning as the end of wrongness is wrong and the best of the matters are in the middle. Our research came in order at points ranging from the concept of speech, name, verb and letter in language and terminology, to the types of words and speech and its origin, as well as the origin of language, to collecting the benefits of research at the end.
