|b The study aimed to evaluate managing data in the websites that developed by (Trans Gulf Information Technology Company) based on content and usability criteria. The study approach based on the descriptive analysis methodology. In order to reach the objectives, the study used criteria to evaluate websites from the literature. Researchers used excel program to analysis data. The main results of the study are: Most websites that developed by Trans Gulf Information Technology Company managing content through providing an overview about website, but there are no websites providing liability statement. Also, there is no privacy statement in it. In addition, Websites managing information usability through providing user help methods and most of it provide contact us services 87.5%. Most websites don’t provide site in another language or translation options. Finally the study recommends many of the recommendations, such as: (Trans Gulf Information Technology Company) must provide liability statement of information and providing the site in several languages to increase the benefits and credibility of websites.
