هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن المعوقات المجتمعية لمشروعات تطوير التعليم الثانوي الفني في اسيوط. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من مجموعة من الخبراء التربويين والموجهين والمعلمين والطلاب. وطبقت أداة البحث عليهم من استبانة للتعرف على المعوقات المجتمعية لمشروعات تطوير التعليم الفني. وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها اتساع الفجوة بين التعليم الفني والتدريب وسوق العمل بمصر. وتأكيد معلمي التعليم المهني المزدوج للتعليم الثانوي الصناعي والزراعي والتجاري أن هناك العديد من الصعوبات التي تعوق فعالية التعليم المزدوج وإمكانية الاستفادة من نجاح تجربة التعليم المهني المزدوج للارتقاء بالتعليم الفني. وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن أن مشروعات تطوير التعليم الفني تواجه مجموعة من المعوقات متمثلة في معوقات مجتمعية تتصل بالأسرة والمجتمع وسوق العمل والتمويل. وأوصى البحث بضرورة التخطيط العلمي السليم للموارد المادية والبشرية للتعليم الفني يتناسب التطور الحديث في احتياجات سوق العمل. والعمل على استحداث أقسام وتخصصات جديدة داخل مشروعات التعليم الفني تناسب التطور الحديثة في احتياجات سوق العمل. والاستثمار الأمثل للقروض والمنح الدولية مثل منح البنك الدولي والاتحاد الأوروبي في تنفيذ مشروعات تطوير التعليم الفني. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The objective of the research was to clarify the societal obstacles that face the projects of secondary technical education development in Assiut. The research used a descriptive approach because it suited the nature of the research. The research group consisted of a group of educational experts, mentors, teachers and students. The research tool was applied to them. This tool was represented in a questionnaire to identify societal obstacles that face technical education development projects. The research came out with several results, for example, the widening gap between vocational education, training and labor market in Egypt. The dual vocational education teachers in the commercial, agricultural and industrial secondary education, emphasized that there are also many difficulties that hinder the effectiveness of dual education and the potential to benefit from the success of the dual vocational education experiment to promote technical education. The results of the research revealed that technical education development projects face a number of obstacles, such as societal constraints related to family, society, labor market and finance. The research recommended the need for proper scientific planning for the financial and human resources of technical education that adequate to modern development in the needs of the labor market. The results included working on developing new sections and specializations within the technical education projects to suit the modern development in the needs of the labor market and the optimal investment of international loans and grants such as grants of the World Bank and the European Union in the implementation of technical education development projects.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
