هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مقومات توطين البحث التربوي القائم على التدويل في مصر. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج التحليلي. وتكونت مجموعة الدراسة الرسائل العلمية وبحوث الترقية في كليات التربية وكليات الدراسات العليا ومراكز بحثية. وقدمت الدراسة نبذة مختصرة عن نشأة مفهومي التوطين والتدويل. ثم عمدت الدراسة إلى تحديد مفهوم التوطين عموما وتوطين البحث خصوصا من خلال تحليل بعض تعريفاتهما في اللغة والاصطلاح. وكذا فعلت مع مفهوم التدويل وتدويل البحث. ثم ناقشت خطوات التوطين القائم على التدويل. وأوجه القصور الرئيسة التي تواجه البحث التربوي بمصر وتعوق عملية توطينه وحددتها في ثلاثة أوجه هي غياب السياسة العلمية الواضحة للبحث العلمي. والنموذج الإرشادي التقليدي. والحرية الأكاديمية المنقوصة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مقومات توطين البحث التربوي القائم على التدويل بمصر وحددتها في أربعة مقومات هي الإرادة السياسية. والنموذج الإرشادي موجها للبحث التربوي. وحرية أكاديمية حقيقية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس والباحثين بالجامعات المصرية. وتطوير برامج إعداد الباحثين. وإن التوطين القائم على التدويل للبحث العلمي عموما لم يعد اختيارا يمكن أن تختار الدول التي تسعى للنهوض من كبوتها الطويلة سواه بل هو خيار حالي قد لا يكون له تأثير إذا تأخرت تلك الدول في ارتياد طريقه وتهيئة الظروف الملائمة له.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The study aimed to identify the elements of consolidation educational research based on internationalization in Egypt. The study was based on the analytical approach. The study group consisted of scientific research and promotion research in the faculties of education, postgraduate faculties and research centers. The study provided a brief overview about the origins of consolidation and internationalization concepts. The study focused on identifying the concept of consolidation in general and the consolidation of research in particular through the analysis of some definitions in the language and terminology. It did the same thing with the concept of internationalization and internationalization of research. Then it discussed consolidation steps based on internationalization and the main aspects of deficiency facing educational research in Egypt and hindering the process of its consolidation. The study determined them in three aspects which were the absence of clear scientific policy for scientific research, the traditional guidance model and the lack of academic freedom. The study pointed out the elements of consolidation of educational research based on internationalization in Egypt and identified them in four elements, for example, the political will, the guiding model which is directed to educational research, real academic freedom for faculty members and researchers in Egyptian universities and the development of researchers' preparation programs. Consolidation based on internationalization of scientific research in general is no longer a choice for states that seek to advance from their long stalemate but it is a current option that may have no impact if these states are late in finding their way and facilitating the conditions for this consolidation.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
