هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع المسؤولية الاجتماعية للقطاع الخاص في التعليم والتدريب بالمملكة العربية السعودية. واستند إلى المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وسعى البحث إلى الوقوف على مفهوم المسؤولیة الاجتماعیة ومدى ارتباطها بالمنظور الإسلامي. والتعرف على البعد التاریخي للمسؤولیة الاجتماعیة في القطاع الخاص ومراحل تطورها. والوقوف على مقومات نجاح المسؤولیة الاجتماعیة في القطاع الخاص وعناصرها. والتعرف على أهمیة المسؤولیة الاجتماعیة في القطاع الخاص وأسباب ظهورها. والوقوف على المبادئ الأساسیة للمسؤولیة الاجتماعیة للقطاع الخاص. والتعرف على قیود المسؤولیة الاجتماعیة في القطاع الخاص. وإلقاء الضوء على بعض التجارب العالمیة لبرامج المسؤولیة الاجتماعیة في القطاع الخاص تجاه التعلیم والتدریب. كما قدم البحث تصور مقترح لبرامج المسؤلية الاجتماعية في القطاع الخاص للتعليم والتدريب وارتكز على مفهوم الالتزام بالشراكة كأساس جوهري تلتقي فيه جميع العناصر ذات العلاقة كالقطاع الخاص والحكومي والمجتمع المدني واقترح التصور سياسات المسؤلية الإجتماعية للقطاع الخاص التي ربما مثلت الحد الأدنى الذي ينبغي على القطاع الحكومي والقطاع الخاص والمجتمع ذاته اتباعها.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The objective of the research was to identify the reality of the social responsibility of the private sector in education and training in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It was based on an analytical descriptive approach. The research sought to identify the concept of social responsibility and its relevance to the Islamic perspective. It aimed to identify the historical dimension of social responsibility in the private sector and the phases of its development. The research aimed to detect the elements of the success of social responsibility in the private sector and its components, identify the importance of social responsibility in the private sector and the reasons for its emergence and clarify the basic principles of social responsibility in the private sector. Moreover, it highlighted the limits of social responsibility in the private sector and some of the global experiences of social responsibility programs in the private sector towards education and training. The study also presented a proposed conception of social responsibility programs in the private sector for education and training. It focused on the concept of commitment to partnership as a fundamental basis in which all relevant elements such as the private, government sectors and civil society. The vision suggested policies of the social responsibility in the private sector, that may represent the bottom line that should be followed by the government, private sectors and the society itself..This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
