|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العوامل المحددة لقرار التأجير لدى شركات الاعتماد الإيجاري، وتحديد درجة تأثير هذه العوامل في قرار التأجير، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إعداد استبيان من 87 سؤالا مقسما على ثلاثة أقسام، لجمع المعلومات من عينة الدراسة المكونة من 25 موظفا مشاركا في قرار التأجير لدى 5 شركات اعتماد إيجاري في الجزائر العاصمة، اعتمدت الدراسة على سبع فرضيات رئيسية، مع استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتحليل البيانات، والنتائج التي تم الوصول إليها باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS، والمتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية واختبار (T) لاختبار عينة واحدة (one sample T-test)، لتتوصل هذه الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها العوامل المتعلقة بالظروف القانونية، الاقتصادية والسياسية من أكثر العوامل تأثيرا في قرار التأجير لدى شركات الاعتماد الإيجاري محل عينة الدراسة، قرار التأجير يبنى على أساس عدد من العوامل وليس على عامل واحد، تتمثل حسب الأهمية في العوامل المتعلقة: بالسمات الشخصية للمستأجر، وبشركة الاعتماد الإيجاري، وموضوع عملية التأجير، وبالمركز المالي للمستأجر، ونشاط المستأجر وأخيرا الضمانات، كما أوصت الدراسة بتشجيع الاعتماد الإيجاري في الجزائر، وضرورة اعتماد المعايير المالية، وغير المالية من أجل بناء قرار تأجير سليم.

|b This study aims at identifying the specific factors behind leasing decisions at leasing companies, and determining the degree of the impact of these factors on processing a leasing decision. To achier\>e the objectives of the study we prepared a questionnaire of 78 questions, divided into three sections and distributed among a sample that consists of 25 employees who are involved in the leasing decision process at five leasing companies in Algeria. In addition, the study relies on seven main hypothesis in the field, and uses a descriptive analytical method. SPSS system is utilized in order to analyze the results, in addition to the use of the standard deviation, the arithmetic average, and one sample T-Test, The study reached a number of results: - Factors related to the legal, economic and political conditions are the most influential factors in the leasing decision process at leasing companies among the study sample. - Leasing decisions are made based on a number of factors and not on a single factor, which are related to the lessee’s personal characteristics, credit policy of the leasing company, the leased asset, lessee’s financial status, lessee’s activity, and finally the available guarantees. The study recommends encouraging the concept of leasing in Algeria, and the importance of adopting financial and non-financial criteria in order to make the right leasing decision by leasing companies.
