المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الصعوبات التي يواجهها المشرف التربوي في تأدية عمله الإشرافي في منطقة الرياض، وتقديم مقترحات للتغلب عليها وذلك من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين أنفسهم، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما استخدم الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات من مجتمع الدراسة والذي تكون من كافة المشرفين التربويين في منطقة الرياض والبالغ عددهم (365) مشرفا تربويا. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها ما يلي: أولا: النتائج المتعلقة بالصعوبات التي تواجه المشرف التربوي في أداء عمله: وتمثلت فيا يلي: تكليف المشرف بأعمال ومهام إدارية في غير مجال عمله الإشرافي الفني. عدم تخصيص بدل تنقل للمشرف التربوي. تشعب الجهات المسؤولة عن أعمال المشرف التربوي. عدم توفر حوافز مالية للمشرف التربوي. ارتفاع نصاب المشرفين من المعلمين في التشكيلات الإشراقية. ثانيا: النتائج الخاصة بأهم مقترحات تذليل الصعوبات التي تواجه المشرف التربوي في أداء عمله: وهي كما يلي: تخفيف الأعمال الإدارية المطلوبة من المشرف التربوي. تخصيص حافز مالي مناسب للمشرف التربوي مقابل بدل التنقل والاتصالات. تخفيف العبء الإشرافي إلى حد يراعي طبيعة عمل المشرف التربوي. إعطاء الأولوية للمشرف التربوي في فرص التأهيل والتدريب.

The study aimed to identify the difficulties that face the educational supervisor in the performance of his supervisory role in the Riyadh region, and to provide the proposals to improve the supervisory process, from the viewpoint of the supervisors themselves, to achieve the objectives of the research, researcher has used the descriptive and analytical methodology, also used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data from the society of the study which consisted of all educational supervisors in the Riyadh region, totaling 365 educational supervisors. The study found a number of results including the following .'First, results related to the difficulties that meet the educational supervisor in the performance of his work: Assigning supervisor with administrative tasks and works in the non-field of his work. The lack of moving fees for Educational supervisor The multiplicity of agencies responsible for the work of the educational supervisor. The lack offinancial incentives for educational supervisor. Increasing supervision load of supervisor of teachers. Second, the most important proposals for the results to overcome the difficulties faced by the educational supervisor in the performance of his work: They are as follows: Decreasing administrative tasks of educational supervisor.Providing appropriate financial incentive to educational supervisor for moving and communication.Decreasing supervision load of supervisor of teachers. Give priority to the educational supervisor in qualification and training opportunities.
