|a تم في هذا البحث التعرف على أنواع صراع الأدوار لدى عينة من الطالبات المتزوجات في كلية التربية للبنات جامعة بغداد وتعرف دلالة الفروق في صراع الأدوار لدى عينة البحث تبعا لمتغيرات البحث: عدد سنوات الزواج (اقل من 5 سنوات-أكثر من 5 سنوات)، مهنة الزوج (كاسب -موظف)، عدد الأولاد ((1-2)-(3 فأكثر)، عمر الأولاد (أقل من 5 سنوات- أكثر من 5 سنوات)، المستوى الاقتصادي (مريح- غير مريح) وقد اشتملت عينة البحث على 166 طالبة من الطالبات المتزوجات وممن يعيش أزواجهن معهن ولديهن أولاد تم اختيارهن بالطريقة القصدية وتم استعمال مقياس Holahan & Gilbert 1978 لقياس صراع الأدوار بعد أن تمت ترجمته وحساب الخصائص السيكومترية له وقد أشارت نتائج البحث إلي أن عينة البحث من الطالبات المتزوجات يعانين بالدرجة الأولى من الصراع بين العمل الدراسي مقابل رعاية الأبناء وان الظروف الاقتصادية الصعبة للأسرة تؤدى إلى ارتفاع مستوى صراع الأدوار لديهن.

|b In this research to identify the types of roles conflict among a sample of married students in the College of Education for women in Baghdad University and know significance of differences in the roles conflict with the sample depending on the research variables: the number of years of marriage (less than 5 years-more than 5 years), the job of the husband (earner - employees), the number of children ((1-2) - (3 over)), the age of the children (less than 5 years - more than 5 years), the economic level (comfortable - uncomfortable). The research sample included 166 students from the married students those who with them , their husbands and have children , who have been Chosen intentionality , been the use Holahan & Gilbert 1978 to measure roles conflict after it has been translated and calculate the psychometric characteristics . The indicated results that the research sample of married students suffer primarily from the conflict between the academic work versus the care of children and the difficult economic conditions of the family leads to high level of conflict roles to them.
