|f This study aims to highlight the importance of archival resources dating back to the Ottoman history of Algeria in the study of social and economic history. We took the study of researcher Aisha Ghattas in the field of documentary studies as a model to highlight the importance of this material. The researcher touched on the study of the historical phenomenon in its socio-economic aspect based on archival documents. Her book names as "crafts and craftsmen in Algiers 1700 - 1830 a socio-economic approach" is of great importance and can be a methodology for future archival studies.\n It can be said that the study of historian Aicha Ghattas is one of the most important books on the social and economic situation in Algiers in the 17th century. Especially since it relied on a huge amount of local documents, the records of the Shariah courts, and the books of inheritance issued by the Beit Mal Foundation, located at the National Center of Algerian Archives. It presented the social and economic features of Algiers society in general and the artisans in particular. Through her historical work, the researcher applied a scientific and historical approach with great scientific precision and an example in the field of archival studies, from which the historian opened a new path for new researchers in the extrapolation of documents.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.

|d L’étude socio économique de la ville d’Alger (Dar Es Sultan dans la période ottomane) peut etre menée par le biais des archives concernant une corporation d’artisans et gens de métiers de cette cité. Sur ce point nous disposons de beaucoup d’écrits , citons quelques uns :\n-Registre du gouvernement turc de l’Algérie y incluant la traduction du registre appelé Daftar techrifat détaillant l'administration de la régence dAlger avant 1830 l’un des plus important ouvrage -Registres des Arrêtés des Tribunaux islamiques et archives habûs d’El Baylic dont les manuscrits de l’époque sont conservés par Le Centre National des Archives d’Algérie.\nParmi les études intéressantes celle de l’historienne Aicha Ghéttas ”. intitulé “«Artisanat et Artisans à Alger entre 1700-1830 Approche socio économique ’un des rares ouvrages sure ce sujet Ainsi nous apprenons comment l’apport de cette frange de population, a contribué par son savoir faire dans de multiples domaines à révolutionner la vie socio économique De la cité\nIntroduction de nouvelles techniques des arts décoratifs et du travail de l’émail, du cuir, de la construction navale , du bâtiment, apport à l’expansion de l’essor urbain de la ville d’Alger et de la préservation des édifices etc..et celà en sus de leur obligation à s’acquitter de l’impôt à la collectivité et d’assurer l’intendance del’Administration turque en divers services\nEn restituant avec autant de détail une tranche de vie de la Médina, et le soucis de ne livrer que des informations issues des sources pré citées en écartant toutes informations partielles ou partiales, on peut affirmer que 1 ‘auteure nous a légué un recueil majeur ( plus de 400 pages) et qu’à ce titre il faut lui rendre un hommage à la mesure de l’effort de recherche consentie.

|a ترمي هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية المصادر الأرشيفية التي تعود إلى تاريخ الجزائر العهد العثماني في دراسة التاريخ الاجتماعي، والاقتصادي. إذ أخذنا دراسة الباحثة عائشة غطاس رحمة الله عليها في مجال الدراسات الوثائقية كنموذج لإبراز أهمية هذه المادة؛ حيث تطرقت الباحثة لدراسة الظاهرة التاريخية في جانبها الاجتماعي-الاقتصادي انطلاقا من الوثائق الأرشيفية فكان كتابها الموسوم بــــــ الحرف والحرفيون بمدينة الجزائر 1700 - 1830 مقاربة اجتماعية -اقتصادية ، علي درجة كبيرة من الأهمية ويمكن أن يكون منهجا للدراسات الأرشيفية في المستقبل.\nويمكن القول أن دراسة المؤرخة عائشة غطاس تعتبر من أهم ما كتب حول الوضع الاجتماعي والاقتصادي بمدينة الجزائر في القرن السابع عشر، لاسيما وأنها اعتمدت علي كم هائل من الوثائق المحلية سجلات المحاكم الشرعية، و دفاتر التركات الصادرة عن مؤسسة بيت المال الموجودة في المركز الوطني للأرشيف الجزائري فقدمت الملامح الاجتماعية والاقتصادية لمجتمع مدينة الجزائر بشكل عام، وشريحة الحرفيين بشكل خاص، كما طبقت الباحثة من خلال عملها التاريخي، منهجا علميا تاريخيا، غاية في الدقة العلمية ونموذجا يقتدى به في حقل الدراسات الأرشيفية، ومنه فتحت المؤرخة مسارا جديدا للباحثين الجدد في استقراء الوثائق .
