المستخلص: Le chômage des jeunes, étant l’un des défis majeurs du Maroc, constitue une variable stratégique du développement régional. La valorisation des ressources humaines resteun facteur déterminant dans la création de richesses nouvelles. Dans ce contexte, le Maroc a opté pour une régionalisation avancée, la région jouit de prérogatives importantes, en vue d’instaurer un nouveau mode de gouvernance territoriale, la région dotée de ressources propres est interpelée à devenir une locomotive de développement intégré durable aussi bien sur le plan économique que social. D’où l’objectif de cet article est d’apporter des éléments de réponse à la question suivante : En quoi la régionalisation avancée peut-elle contribuer à la promotion de l’emploi et la création d’activité au niveau régional en général et dans la Région Fès-Meknès en particulier ?

Youth unemployment, being one of the major challenges of Morocco, constitutes a strategic variable of regional development. The valorization of human resources remains a determining factor in the creation of new wealth's. In this context, Morocco chose an advanced regionalization. From where the objective of this article is to bring brief replies to the following question: In what the advanced regionalization can contribute to the promotion of employment and the creation of activity at the regional level in general and in the Fes-Meknes area in particular?
