|a تزايدت ظاهرة السرقات العلمية والاختلاسات البحثية في الأوساط الأكاديمية بشكل رهيب في السنوات الأخيرة، وصاحب ذلك جدل حول الأسباب الحقيقية لاستحفال الظاهرة فبين من يرجع الأمر لغياب الثقافة البحثية والأخلاقيات لدى الباحثين، إلى من يعزو الأمر للجهل بفحوى وماهية السطو السرقات العلمية وغير ذلك من الأسباب المنهجية والمبررات الموضوعية، كان لزاماً طرح إشكالية السرقات العلمية ومعالجتها كسبيل للحد منها والتقليل من مخاطرها على التطوير البحثي والتنمية المجتمعة كإنعكاس مباشر لها، ولعل ذلك يتم من خلال إعادة النظر في المرجعيات الثقافة للمجتمع المحيط والبحث عن أهم المرتكزات الأساسية التي توجه السلوك البحثي العلمي، وبالنظر إلى المنظومة القيمية للمجتمع الجزائري نجد أن العامل الديني بالإضافة إلى عوامل ثقافية أخرى تشكل رافد أساسياً في تنمية الأخلاق العلمية الباحثين. ستتناول هذه الورقة البحثية محاولة لتقديم رؤية لمنهجية متكاملة وفقاً للمرجعيات والمبادئ الإسلامية والإنسانية التربوية كإطار موجه لأخلقة البحث العلمي وتنمية النزاهة العلمية.
