This paper reveals the relationship of philosophy with the Arab reality from the perspective of one of the Arab thinkers who used the linguistic analytical approach in an attempt to understand the philosophy of ethics from the perspective of Western intellectuals , whereas he assimilates cultural criticism from a three dimensional perspective ( philosophic – ethical- linguistic ) . The philosopher (Sahban Khalifat) was fully aware of what Arabs went through in terms of intellectual and ideological dilemmas since the era of Renaissance, the various revolutions, where the Arabs encountered an unprecedented state of chaos and violence. Whereas Sahban Khalifat's intellectual project poses a new comprehension of the western philosophy as affecting the Arab ideological reality, trying to benefit from the Western thought criticizing it from the Arab thought perspective in answering different ethical problems and challenges of our intellectually changing world. This paper is devoted to discuss the ideological moral project of one of the most famous Arab Thinkers, where the paper deals with the ideological analogies , and its moral , linguistic, and analytical correlations according to the Arab thinker Sahban Khalifat. The paper concludes that thinker Sahban Khalifat began his researches looking for the ethical perspective through linguistic analysis and ending again with moral philosophy assimilating the Western thought in ethics, and re-creating it in the Arab Thought in a new philosophic linguistic ethical template.
