| 520 | |a في أوائل التسعينيات، بدأت بلدان المغرب العربي سلسلة من الإصلاحات تحت رعاية المنظمات الدولية، وهي صندوق النقد الدولي والبنك الدولي، لنقل اقتصادياتها من اقتصاد محمي بقوة من قبل وهو مستثمر رئيسي للدولة في اقتصاد مفتوح أمام قوة دفع القطاع الخاص الوطني والأجنبي باعتباره المحرك الرئيسي للنموم والواقع أن مناخ الاستثمار ضروري لتعزيز النمو والحد من الفقر. إن حكومات بلدان المغرب العربي تدرك أهمية الاستثمار الخاص واهتمامه باقتصاد بلدانه. ستحاول في هذه المقالة عرض الوضع الاقتصادي لدول المغرب العربي وإلقاء نظرة عامة على الإطار القانوني للاستشارات. | ||
| 520 | |b In the early 1990s, the Maghreb countries began a series of reforms under the auspices of international organizations, namely the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, to move their economies from an economy strongly protected by a principal state investor in an economy open to the impulse of the national and foreign private sector as the main engine of growth. Indeed, the investment climate is essential for promoting growth and reducing poverty. The governments of the Maghreb countries are aware of the importance of private investment and its interest in the economy of their countries. In this article, we will try to present the economic situation of the Maghreb countries and to give an overview on the legal framework of investments. | ||
| 520 | |d Dés le début des années 90, les pays du Maghreb ont entamé une série de réformes sous les auspices des organisations internationales, en l’occurrence le fonds monétaire international et la banque mondiale, visant à faire passer leurs économies d’une économie fortement protégée par un Etat principal investisseur à une économie ouverte à l’impulsion du secteur privé national et étranger comme principal moteur de croissance. En effet, le climat d’investissement est essentiel pour promouvoir la croissance et faire reculer la pauvreté. Les gouvernements des pays du Maghreb sont conscients de l’importance de l’investissement privé et de l’intérêt qu’il offre à l’économie de leurs pays. Dans cet article, nous essayerons de présenter la situation économique des pays du Maghreb et de donner un aperçu sur le cadre juridique des investissements. | ||
