| 520 | |a العمل المقاولاتي تم اعتباره من طرف الكثير من الباحثين (غارتنار، 1988: أومو و ميسنيي، 1995: هارنانديز، 2001: كالاي وآخرون) على أنه مجموعة متسلسلة من الخطوات، حيث تشكل الروح المقاولاتية أول عنصر ضروري للعمل المقاولاتي، إذ بات من المهم تشجيع وتحسيس الطلبة الجامعيين بالعمل المقاولاتي كي يتخلصوا من عقدة ندرة فرص العمل، هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل العوامل المؤثرة عند أنشاء مؤسسات وهذا بالنسبة للطلبة الجامعيين الحاملين للشهادات المتخرجين من كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة وهران. | ||
| 520 | |b Entrepreneurship action is considered by the majority of researchers (Gartner 1988, Aumont and Mesnier 1995, Hernandez 2001, Calay et al 2005) as a succession of steps, where entrepreneurial intention is the first necessary element in the entrepreneurial process. It is currently important to encourage and raise students’ awareness by entrepreneurship especially, those who are not able to find jobs opportunities. This study aims to analyze factors that affect the intentions to create startups by the graduated students of faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences of Oran University. | ||
| 520 | |d L’acte d’entreprendre est considéré pour la plus part des chercheurs (Gartner, 1988; Aumont et Mesnier, 1995; Hernandez, 2001; Calay et al, 2005) comme une succession d'étapes. Où l'intention entrepreneuriale constitue le premier élément nécessaire dans le processus entrepreneurial. Il est actuellement important d'encourager et de sensibiliser les étudiants qui sont incapable de trouver des opportunités d'emploi à l'entrepreneuriat. Cette recherche vise à analyser les facteurs qui influencent l'intention de créer une entreprise chez les anciens étudiants de la Faculté des Sciences Economiques, Sciences de Gestions et Sciences Commerciales d'Oran. | ||
