هدفت الدراسة إلى ضبط الجودة النوعية لبرامج التدريب الإعدادية من منظور المتدربات. من خلال التعرف على الإطار الفكري والفلسفي للجودة النوعية. وتحديد مستوى تحقيق برامج التدريب الإعدادي بمعهد الإدارة العامة لمعايير الجودة النوعية من منظور المتدربات. والكشف عن وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات المتدربات تعزى إلى متغيرات الدراسة. وهي العمر والحالة الاجتماعية والمستوى الدراسي. والتوصل لبعض الإجراءات والممارسات التي تؤدى إلى الرفع من مستوى الجودة النوعية في برامج التدريب في المعهد. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتكونت مجموعة الدراسة من المتدربات الملتحقات بالبرامج الإعدادية بمعهد الإدارة العامة بالرياض وبلغ عددهن 355 متدربة. وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبانة تضمنت ستة معايير. هي الملاءمة. الانتظامية. الدقة. المرونة. الخلو من العيوب. رضا المتدربات. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الجودة النوعية في برامج التدريب الإعدادية متحققة بدرجة عالية. وان الإجراءات التحسينية الواجب اتخاذها لتحسين الجودة النوعية في برامج التدريب الإعدادية بمعهد الإدارة العامة هي معالجة القصور في أجهزة الحاسب الآلي. وتطوير الأساليب التربوية لدى المتدربات. وإيجاد قنوات اتصال فعال بين المدربات والمتدربات. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تشكيل لجنة لتحسين مستوى الجودة النوعية لأداء الهيئة التدريبية تعمل على الأصول والقواعد المنهجية لتعليم الكبار والتعليم المستمر. وإدخال تعديلات على تصميم وبناء البرنامج التدريبي بحيث تراعى تحقق التعلم الذاتي والتربية المستمرة للمتدربة والحاجات النفسية والاجتماعية.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018



The study aimed to control the quality of the preparatory training programs from the perspective of the female trainees, by identifying the intellectual and philosophical framework of the quality. The study also determined the achievement level of the preparatory training programs in the Public Administration of Quality Standards institute, from the perspective of the female trainees. In addition, it showed the detection of a statistically significant relationship in the trainee responses, which are attributed to the study variables, including the age, social status, level of education, and to find out some procedures and practices that lead to raising the quality of the training programs at the Institute. The study used the descriptive analytical method. The study group consisted of the female trainees enrolled in the preparatory programs at the Institute of the Public Administration, in Riyad, and their number was 355 trainees. The study tool was represented in a questionnaire that included of six standers, which are the relevance, regularity, precision, flexibility, free of defects, and the trainee's satisfaction. The results of the study indicated that the level of quality in the preparatory training programs is achieved by a high degree. The improvement measures that should be taken to improve the quality of the preparatory training programs at the Public Administration Institute; are treating the deficiencies in computers, developing the educational methods of the trainees, and creating Effective communication channels between the trainers and trainees. The study recommended the need to format a committee to improve the quality level, of the training body performance, working on the principles and rules of methodology for adults' education and continuous education. In addition to making adjustments to the design and constructing the training program, to ensure the self-education, the continuous education of the trainee, and psychological and social needs..This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
