المستخلص: Achieving the educational objectives of educational systems is linked to the availability of well-qualified educational leadership that has all the requirements of modern leadership. This leadership is responsible for the integration and coordination of all inputs of the educational process and directed towards achieving the goals set by the community for educational institutions, whether related to students or regarding the contribution of educational institutions in achieving its requirements, including contributing to a society that enjoys sustainable development. Problem and research questions A scientific study requires following the main principles of scientific research, which stems from a precise identification of the problem of research. This problem must be specific, important and original. And to be based on scientific bases in the sense and identification. In the current research, the sense of the problem arose through several sources, notably the observations and personal experiences of the researchers, the review of the results of some previous studies, and the implementation of a survey.
