المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى "تقويم أداء مدرسي ومدرسات الفيزياء في ضوء نموذج مارزونو" على وفق مجالاته الأربعة، الاستراتيجيات والسلوكيات الصفية، الإعداد والتخطيط للدرس، التفكير الناقد في التدريس، الزمالة والمهنية، لعرض تحقيق هدف البحث قامت الباحثة بمجموعة من الإجراءات النظرية المتمثلة بـ: 1. تحديد مجتمع البحث بمدرسي الفيزياء في محافظة القادسية للعام الدراسي 2013/ 2014 والبالغ عددهم (490) مدرس ومدرسة واختير عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية بنسبة (20%) من المجتمع، التي ضمت (98 مدرس ومدرسة) منهم (14 مدرسة فيزياء و84 مدرس فيزياء)، متفاوتون من حيث عدد سنوات الخبرة التعليمية، 2. ترجمة مجالات نموذج مارزونو إلى اللغة العربية، واستخرج صدق الترجمة بعرضه على الخبراء المختصين، 3. عرض النموذج المعرب على الخبراء المختصين بالتعرف على مدى ملائمته لتقويم أداء مدرسي الفيزياء وملائمته للبيئة التعليمة العراقية، 4. إعداد قائمة بالمهارات الأدائية التدريسية على وفق مؤشرات نموذج مارزونو ولكل مجال من مجالاته الأربعة بعناصرها الفرعية وللتحقق من صدقها بعرضها على الخبراء المختصين وقد اجمع الخبراء على (٥٦) مهارة أدائية تدريسية موزعة عل هذه المجالات، 5. اعتمدت الباحثة لتقويم أداء مدرسي الفيزياء (الملاحظة المباشرة) فأعدت استمارة خاصة لملاحظة هذا الأداء تكونت من قسمين الأول تضمن معلومات عامة والثاني يضم تقييم مستوى أداء مدرسي الفيزياء لقائمة المهارات الأدائية التدريسية التي سبق وان أعدتها الباحثة وموزعه كالاتي (الاستراتيجيات والسلوكيات الصفية (٣٦ مهارة)، الإعداد والتخطيط للدرس (٨ مهارات)، التفكير الناقد للتدريس (٥ مهارات)، الزمالة والمهنية (٧ مهارات)، وقد حددت الباحثة مستويات الأداء لكل مهارة باستخدام ميزان تقديري تضمن خمسة بدائل، ولجعل عملية التقويم اكثر موضوعية قامت الباحثة بتوصيف مستويات الأداء لكل مهارة من المهارات التي تضمنتها الاستمارة، وقد تم حساب صدق وثبات الأداة في قياس ما أعدت لأجله ثم قامت الباحثة باستخراج ثبات التصحيح لاستمارة الملاحظة باستخدام معاملات ارتباط بيرسن وكانت نسبة الاتفاق بين المصححين جيدة جدا، لذا تم إخراج الأداة بالصيغة النهاية لإجراء عملية التطبيق النهائية لها، تم الاستعانة بمجموعة من الوسائل الإحصائية للوصول إلى نتائج البحث منها الوسط المرجح، الاختبار التائي، تحليل التباين الأدائي، اختبار شيفي.

The current research aims to "evaluate the performance of male and female teachers of physics in a light of the Marzona model" according to its four fields ... the strategies and classroom behaviors, preparation and planning of the lesson, critical thinking in teaching, fellowship and professionalism. To achieve the research objective, the female researcher prepared a set of the theoretical procedures which was represented:
1. Determination of the research community in teachers physics in Al-Qadeseya Governorate for the academic year 2013 / 2014 which amounted to (490) male and female teachers. The research sample was randomly selected by 20% of the society, which included 98 male and female teachers; (14 physics male teachers and 84 physics female teachers), which are varied in terms of number years of educational experience.
2. Translation of the Marzona model fields into Arabic, and extracting the validity of the translation. 3. Presenting it to the specialized experts, presenting the Arabicized model to the specialized experts to identify its suitability to evaluate the performance of the physics teachers and its suitability to the Iraqi educational environment.
4. A list of teaching performance skills was prepared according to indicators of Marzona model and each of the four fields with their sub-elements, for verifying its validity, it was presented to specialized experts who approved (56) teaching performance skills distributed in these fields.
5. The researcher relied on the evaluation of the physics teachers performance (direct observation). A special questionnaire was prepared to observe this performance which consists of two parts: the first one includes general information, and the second one includes evaluating the level of the physics teachers performance in the list of teaching skills that the researcher has already prepared and distributed as follows (strategies and classroom behaviors were 36 skills, the preparation and planning of the lesson were 8 skills, the critical thinking of teaching were 5 skills, the fellowship and professional were 7 skills).
The researcher determined the performance levels of each skill by using a estimated scale of five options. To make the evaluation process more objective, the researcher described the performance levels for each of the skills included in the questionnaire, and the stability and the validity of the tool in measuring what was prepared for it, then the researcher extracted the stability of the correction of the observation form by using Pearson correlation coefficients and the degree of agreement between the correctors is very good, so the tool was finished in the final form to perform the final application process, a set of statistical means were used to reach the research results, including the weighted average, T-test, analysis of performance variance, Scheffe test.
