المستخلص: يتطلب السياق العام للنفقات العمومية في المغرب أكثر من أي وقت مضي المراقبة الصارمة والموضوعية لجميع هاته النفقات، في مقالنا هذا، أجرينا دراسة ميدانية لدي جميع الجهات المختصة بمراقبة النفقات العمومية في المغرب لنري كيفية الممارسات علي أرض الواقع بما يتفق مع روح القانون المنظم لقانون المالية، خصوصا المنطق المرتكز على النتائج.

The context in which are the public spending in Morocco require, more than ever, a rigorous and objective control, in particular with the new organic law relative to the finance law OLFL. In this paper, we made an investigation with the actors of public spending's control in Morocco, to see the links between the practices of the control and the OLFL's principle, in particular the logic oriented on the results.

Le contexte dans lequel se trouvent les dépenses publiques DP au Maroc nécessite, plus que jamais, un contrôle à la fois rigoureux et objectif, notamment après l'adoption au Maroc de la loi organique relative à la loi des finances LOLF. Dans cet article, nous avons mené une enquête auprès des acteurs de contrôle des DP au Maroc pour voir dans quelle mesure leurs pratiques concordent avec l'esprit de la LOLF, particulièrement celui de la performance et de la gestion axée sur les résultats.
