المستخلص: استهدفت الدراسة المقارنة بين الحرية والفكر. وتناولت الدراسة أبرز مظاهر غياب الحرية عند الإيمان بمعتقد فكرى أو أيديولوجية ومنها النظرة الأحادية للأمور والمميزات التي تتعلق بطبيعة الفكر أو الأيديولوجية التي تصادر التعددية، معوقات انتشار الحرية ومنها الثقافة الدارجة في المجتمع العربي، السياسة المعيقة للآخر، غياب فلسفة عربية، طرق التفكير وغياب النماذج. وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة إلى تحول الأفكار التي يؤمن بها الفرد إلى مسلمات غير قابلة للنقاش أو النقد أو التحليل وهذا الأمر يشل العقل ولا يفتح المجال لأي هامش من الحرية في النظر إلى الواقع ومشكلاته خارج الإطار الفكري المحدد. وتوصلت الدراسة أن منهجية النقد التي يجب أن تتبع لابد أن تعتمد على تفكيك المشكلة أو القضية ودراستها بطريقة موضوعية ونقدها بطريقة عقلانية متجردة من أي أفكار ذات طابع تجريدي والمنهجية النقدية هي تجسيد لفكرة العقل الحر الذي ينقد أو يحلل أي ظاهرة أو مشكلة بأسبابها الفعلية التي تسببها. وتوصلت الدراسة أن لا يختلف أسلوب إدارة الأحزاب أو التنظيمات المنضوية تحتها عن العقلية التي تدير الدولة والمجتمع ومؤسساته وبالتالي لا يوجد بديل فعلى يصلح لأن تتم محاكاته أو محاكاة تجربته ويكون أنموذجا لنشر الحريات.

The study aimed to compare freedom and thought. The study examined the most prominent manifestations of the absence of freedom when believing in intellectual belief or ideology, including the one-sided view of matters and characteristics related to the nature of thought or ideology that confiscate pluralism. The obstacles to the spread of freedom, including the prevailing culture in Arab society, policy of hindering the others, the absence of Arab philosophy, ways of thought and no models. The results of the study led to the ideas that individual believe in the transform into postulates that cannot be debated or criticized or analyzed and this paralyzes the mind and does not open any margin of freedom to look at the reality and problems outside the conceptual framework specified. The study concluded that the method of criticism that should be followed must be based on the dismantling of the problem or the case and study it objectively and critically in a rational way devoid of any ideas of abstract nature. Critical methodology is the embodiment of the idea of free mind, which criticizes or analyzes any phenomenon or problem based on the actual causes. The study found that the method of managing the parties or organizations that belong to it should not be different from the mentality that governs the state and the society and its institutions, and therefore there is no real alternative that can be simulated or copy its experience as a model for spreading freedoms.
