|b The professional flexibility reflects -as one of the most important contemporary transformations of higher education- reflects the knowledgeable and the spatial transformation of the knowledge society for higher education and the higher education outputs, as higher education students are expected to be led into one form of the professional life, by their study, especially, when complicated jobs that have an international characteristic are the main source of their career that is characterized by challenge, rapid change, and inconstancy, as students got admitted to a studying program in a certain higher education organization, is a beginning to form their professional path, which implies the suitable amount of knowledgeable frames, history, and professional practices that reflect an aspect from a certain career. Absence of professional flexibility for the graduated from the Egyptian higher education organization, can be obvious in many aspects, first of all, considering the General Certificate unsuitable certificate for higher education admission in a year which is different from that it was taken in, in addition to the Egyptian Higher Education organizations that are suffering from multisided weaknesses, reflected obviously on the graduated performance in work market- as a result of the their weak professional flexibility- especially their knowledge, skills, and their isolation -from the new requirements of careers and employers expectations about graduated abilities level concerning these knowledge and skills. The questions of the study can be identified in the following: 1-What are the most important knowledge and place transformations in knowledge society? 2-What are the futuristic trends of higher education organization? 3-What is the concept of professional flexibility, and what are its most important elements at contemporary higher education organizations? 4-What are professional flexibility applications at higher education organization in European Union countries? 5-What is the reality of applying professional flexibility at higher education organizations in Egypt?. 6- What are the requirements of applying professional flexibility at higher education organizations in Egypt? Aims of the study: 1-Analyzing the intellectual and the theoretical frames of knowledge and place concept transformations in knowledge society, and their relation to the futuristic trends of higher education organizations. 2-Analyzing the concept of professional flexibility, determining its most important elements at contemporary higher education organizations. 3-Recognizing and analyzing professional .flexibility applications at higher education organization in European Union countries. 4-Recognizing the reality of applying professional flexibility at higher education organizations in Egypt. 5-Introducing some requirements of applying professional flexibility at higher education organizations in Egypt, and questioning some educational experts around these requirements. The methodology of the study, and its steps: The study functioned - in the light of the current issue and its aim- Mixed methods research, as it is characterized by its dynamic and multi specializations, that is connecting between the methodological quantitive and qualitative methods, according to that, the study used the following methods: the Philosophical Analysis Method, Cross- National Comparative Approach, The Analytical Description Technique, and applying a list as a tool to question educational experts around requirements of applying professional flexibility at higher education organizations in Egypt In order to achieve the aims of the study, its steps were identified as the following: 1-The futuristic trends of knowledge society and the professional flexibility at higher education organization: A theoretical study. 2-The professional flexibility at higher education organization in the European Union countries: A Cross- National study. 3-The professional flexibility at higher education organization in Egypt: An analytical study. 4-Requirements of applying professional flexibility at higher education organizations in Egypt. The study recommendations: The need of applying professional flexibility at higher education organizations in Egypt, and their justifications can be implied in the following: -Reinforcing competitiveness and excellence among the Egyptian higher education organizations, in order to activate investing in the untouchable-foundations. -Adapting practical policies and program basing on professional and technical innovation. -Applying flexible learning paths. - « Advertising about higher education organization trends, and studying programs that are related to the Egyptian work market requirements. , -Preparing new studying programs that are focusing on students, and ways of acquiring them life long learning skills. -Finding the balance between The Egyptian work market from the various revolving careers, and the Egyptian higher education organizations graduated ambitions and needs, in their choice of careers and jobs. Requirements of applying professional flexibility at higher "education organizations in Egypt implied the following: -Forming a supreme committee at the Ministry of Higher Education level, that is consisting of experts and academics from different Egyptian universities and high institutions, in order to put an oriented principles for the minimize general information and skills that should be given to students. -Revising the Egyptian higher education aims. -Modernizing novel specializations focusing on forming the complicated careers, by the Egyptian higher education organization -. Activating the principle of suitability among the peer- departments at the Egyptian faculties and Institutions. -Modernizing the support and the professional services system, to help students in their choice for the educational programs practically and enlighteningly. Activating work sector participation various mechanisms in determining knowledge and qualifications that are related to the Egyptian higher education students, according to the economic activity type of this sector and its nature. -The continuous modernization of the job description of the Egyptian work market jobs and careers. -Questioning students opinions about their satisfaction about the programs and curricula, and understanding their motivations to access higher education organizations. -Modifying some programs and curricula, in order to make them base on work, through real education experiences, that have different forms, some of them: disseminating professional culture on the Egyptian higher education organization level.
