المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى محاولة الكشف عن علاقة المهارات الاجتماعية بالرضا الوظيفي لدي عينة من ممرضي القطاع الصحي بمدينة تقرت، وذلك في ضوء متغيرات الجنس، الأقدمية، وشملت عينة الدراسة 50 ممرض وممرضة، اتبعت الباحثة في الدراسة المنهج الوصفي باستخدام مقياسين مقياس المهارات الاجتماعية ومقياس الرضا الوظيفي اللذان تم بنائهما وبعد معالجة البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS توصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطيه بين المهارات الاجتماعية والرضا الوظيفي لدي عينة الدراسة، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في الرضا الوظيفي تعزى لكل من الجنس والأقدمية.

The current study aims to try to discover the relationship between social skills and job satisfaction among a sample of health sector nurses in the city of Touggourt in the light of the variables of sex and seniority. This study included 50 nurses as a sample, and used the descriptive approach based on two standards: social skills and job satisfaction. After the data had been processed by using SPSS program, the research findings showed that there is a correlation between social skills and job satisfaction in the study sample, and that there are no statistically significant differences in job satisfaction assigned to both sex and seniority.

Actuellement L’étude vise à essayer de découvrir la relation entre les compétences sociales et la satisfaction au travail parmi un échantillon d infirmière du secteur de la santé dans la ville de Touggourt. A la lumière des anciennes variables de sexe.qui comprenait50 infirmières et infirmiers .l’étude a utilisé l’approche descriptive basée sur l’échelle des compétences sociales et la mesure de la satisfaction au travail. Après le traitement des données à l’aide du programme spss.les résultats de la recherche ont révélé une corrélation entre les aptitudes sociales et la satisfaction au travail dons l’échantillon et l’absence de différences satisfaction au travail en raison du sexe et l’ancienneté
