المستخلص: En raison de leurs rôles joués dans la promotion et de la sauvegarde de la société, les femmes algériennes ont suscité l’intérêt des chercheurs dans divers domaines et champs d’investigation. D’où l’amélioration, depuis l’indépendance à nos jours, de leur statut juridique tant sur le plan économique que social, voire familial. A cet égard, l'Algérie, embrassant cette démarche, a ratifié de nombreuses conventions internationales favorisant le statut de la femme. Ainsi en est-il particulièrement de la convention sur l’élimination de toutes les formes de discrimination à l'égard des femmes, laquelle appelle les pays adhérents à se conformer à ses dispositions au niveau des différentes lois internes et ce, afin que les femmes puissent mener à bien leur véritable rôle au sein de la société.

لقد حظيت المرأة الجزائرية باهتمام مختلف الباحثين والدارسين في شتى المجالات والميادين، وذلك بالنظر للأدوار التي لعبتها في ترقية المجتمع الجزائري عبر مختلف العصور والحقب الزمنية، ومن ثم فإن المركز القانوني للمرأة قد عرف تطورات جمة على الصعيد التشريعي فيما يخص النصوص المنظمة لقضايا المرأة والمرتبطة ارتباطا وثيقا بشؤون الأسرة وقضايا المجتمع غداة الاستقلال وإلى غاية يومنا هذا، وفي هذا الصدد قد صادقت الجزائر على العديد من الاتفاقيات الدولية التي تعزز مكانة المرأة داخل المجتمعات، منها خاصة اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة التي دعت الدول إلى ترقية حقوق المرأة الأسرية ومنحها ضمانات أكبر بغية تحسين وضعها داخل الأسرة والمجتمع ككل.

Due to their roles played in the promotion and the safeguard of the company, Algerian women attracted the interest of researchers in various fields and areas of investigation. Where the improvement since independence to today,their legal status both economically and socially, and even family. In this regard, the Algeria, embracing this approach, has ratified many international conventions promoting the status of women. So it is particularly the Convention on the elimination of all forms of discrimination against women, which calls the accession countries to comply with its provisions at the level of the various internal and laws, so that women can carry out their true role within society.
