المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث المنهجية المشتركة بين الفقه والنحو والتي تقوم أساسا على قضية التأثير والتأثر والتكامل بين العلمين، والمعلوم أن هناك صلات وروابط وأبعادا تصل بين هذين العلمين المختلفين شكلا ومضمونا وانتماء، فالنحو علم لساني يعنى بتقويم اللسان وحمايته من اللحن بمجموعة من الضوابط والقواعد التي يسير عليها الناطق باللغة، والفقه علم شرعي تجنى بتقويم السلوك وحماية النفس من الانحراف والضلال، ويشترك العلمان من الناحية العلمية في كونهما علمين عقليين لا يعتمدان على النقل بقدر اعتمادهما على الاجتهاد العقلي المبني على النصوص الموثوقة.
وبالنظر في مادة العلمين النظرية والتطبيقية ظهر أن لهما بعدين: أحدهما البعد التأثري والتأثيري؛ وقد ظهر من خلال البحث أن أسبقية الفقه على النحو في الظهور والتدوين “بحكم الحاجة اليومية إلى أحكام ترشد المسلم في تفاصيل عباداته ومعاملاته -جعلته علما مؤثرا لا متأثرا، ويتمثل تأثر النحو بالفقه في المنهج والأصول والمصطلحات ٠
والأخر البعد التكاملي؛ وفيه يتضح بشكل جلي قدر التكامل بين العلمين، فكلاهما محتاج للآخر مرتبط به ومبني عليه، وفي هذا الجانب تحديدا ظهرت المصنفات التي تتناول القضايا والمسائل الفقهية المبنية على أحكام النحو وقواعده.

This research deals with the methodology common between Fiqh and grammar, which is based mainly on the issue of influencing others and getting influenced and integration between the two sciences. It is well known that some links and dimensions link these two different sciences in form, content and affiliation. The grammar is a science of linguistics that is concerned with straightening the tongue and protecting it from the melody through a set of controls and rules that the language speaker follows. Fiqh is a shar'i science that deals with correcting behavior and protecting the human from aberration and deviation. From the scientific point of view, the two sciences share the fact that both are rational sciences that do not rely on transfusions as much as they rely on mental diligence based on reliable texts.
Looking at the theoretical and practical essence of the two sciences, it was found that they have two dimensions: one is the influencing others and getting influenced dimension. It was revealed through research that the supremacy of fiqh over grammar in emergence and codification is “because of the daily need for rulings to guide the Muslim in the details of his worship and dealings - which made it an influential science rather than being influenced. The grammar being influenced by Fiqh is represented in the Methodology, Principles, and Terminology.
The other is an integrative dimension where the complementarity between the two sciences is clear. Both sciences need each other, and are interlinked and depend on each other. In this particular aspect, there emerged many research works that dealt with jurisprudential matters and issues that are based on the rules and terms of Grammar.
