|a شهد العالم في الآونة الأخيرة ومنذ سبتمبر 2014 بالتحديد أزمة نفطية جديدة هزت العالم وقسمت الدول بين فريقين فريق خاسر يتمثل في الدول المصدرة للبترول على الخصوص وفريق رابح يشمل الدول المستوردة لهذا النوع من مصادر الطاقة. والجزائر كونها بلد يقتصر اقتصادها لحد الآن على الاقتصاد الريعي قد تضرر بشكل كبير من جراء هذه الأزمة في انتظار التنويع في الاقتصاد وتجديد الاستراتيجيات.
