المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات المديرين نحو تطبيق مصفوفة SWOT بشقيه الداخلي والخارجي والعوامل المؤثرة فيها في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في مراكز الوزارات الأردنية ويتكون مجتمع الدراسة من مديري المديريات في ثلاث وعشرين وزارة في الأردن لعام 2015 ، وتم حصر عددهم بالرجوع إلى الهياكل التنظيمية في وزاراتهم واستبعاد وزارة الدفاع تم اخذ عينة عشوائية ميسرة شملت (300) مديرا بعد استبعاد وزارة الدفاع من الدراسة لخصوصية عملها واسترجعت منها 260 استبانة صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي بنسبة 86.6% ، وهي نسبة جيدة للدراسة، لتمثل نسبة المعاينة لغرض تحديد عينة الدراسة واعتمد تحليل بياناتها على التحليل الإحصائي الوصفي ومعامل الانحدار واختبار إحصائية t و F وكانت من اهم نتائجها بأن هناك علاقة إيجابية بين القيام بعملية التحليل البيئي (SWOT) والميزة التنافسية في مراكز الوزارات الأردنية لمواجهة الظروف التنافسية المقبلة في الوزارات الأردنية، وأوصت الدراسة: ضرورة اعتماد تحليل SWOT بصيغة منهجية متكاملة من قبل الإدارة العليا باعتبارها الأداة والوسيلة الدافعة لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية وخلق كفاءات متميزة، والسعي لرصد تغيرات عناصر البيئة الخارجية بشقيها العامة والتنافسية بشكل مستمر لتكون أساسا لتطوير علاقات تفاعلية ناجحة من منظور تعظيم الاستفادة من الفرص التي تتيحها الوزارات الأردنية.

Form an integrated approach by senior management as a tool and means driving to achieve competitive advantage and create a distinct competencies, and seek to monitor changes in the external environment elements of the public in both its competitiveness on an ongoing basis to serve as a basis for the development of interactive successful relationships from the perspective of maximizing the use of the opportunities offered by the Jordanian ministries
