|a بحثت الدراسة في طقوس الزواج في محافظة جنين بوصفها الطقوس الشعبية الأكثر انتشارا في مجتمع ريفي يعتز بهذه الطقوس لقدسيتها وارتباطها بالهيبة والدور والمكانة، وعند حديثنا عن طقوس الزواج، نلحظ إدراك الفلسطينيين لأهمية الزواج في سن مبكرة، وخوفهم من العنوسة للذكر والاثني معا، وإن ارتبطت العنوسة في الأذهان بالفتاة أكثر من الرجل، مما دفعها لممارسة طقوس (العنوسة) جلبا للزوج في مجتمع يتعامل مع زواج البنت بوصفه سترا (حماية) لها، ويكره أن تصبح بايرة (غير متزوجة)، ويحرص على الزواج في سن صغيرة للذكر والأنثى، ويفضل زواج الأقرباء حرصا على الثروة وتقليلا لنفقات الزواج، وفي الدراسة تحليل لطقوس البحث عن الزوجة ومواصفاتها الخلقية والخلقية والمهنية (التي اشتقت من متطلبات الحياة اليومية)، وبحثا في طقوس الخطبة، (الشوفة، العقد، المهر، والكسوة)،وطقوس العرس (التعليلة، الحناء، حمام العريس، الوليمة، طلعة العروس، لصق العجينة، طقش البيض، الدخلة، والصباحية) وغيرها، وتمارس هذه الطقوس من قبل السكان منذ فترات طويلة - وان قل التمسك بها في الوقت الحاضر - دون البحث عن جذورها، وعلاقتها بالدين، وفي الواقع، فإن هذه الطقوس لا تخرج عن كونها ممارسات وثنية موروثة من الحضارات القديمة (سومرية، بابلية، كنعانية، مصرية، وفارسيه)، وتتعارض مع الدين الإسلامي، ويعتقد السكان بقدسية هذه الطقوس وقوة تأثيرها عليهم، ويلجأ لها الفقير والغني، والمتعلم والجاهل.

|b The study examined the marriage rituals in Jenin governorate as the most popular folk ritual in a rural society that cherishes these rituals because they are related to prestige, role and status. When we talk about the rituals of marriage, we notice the Palestinians' perception of their importance at an early age, and their fear of the phenomenon of spinsterhood for both male and female. If the spinsterhood is associated with the girl more than the man, which led her to practice the rituals of marriage, And is keen to marry at a young age for male and female, and prefer the marriage of relatives (within the family) in the interest of wealth and the desire to reduce the expenses of marriage. In this study we analyze the rituals of the search for the wife and its moral, moral and professional characteristics (which derived from the requirements of daily life). This ritual has been practiced by the population for long periods - and that is to say, adhering to it at present - without looking for its roots, and its relationship to religion. In fact, these rituals are no more than pagan practices inherited from ancient civilizations (Sumerian, Babylonian, Canaanite, and Egyptian) and are contrary to the Islamic religion. The inhabitants believe in the sanctity of this ritual and the power of its influence, where the poor, rich, educated and ignorant resort to it.
