المستخلص: العنف الأسري: أسبابه وآثاره على المجتمع (المرأة والطفل). هدف البحث: يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على: 1. أسباب العنف الأسري والاجتماعي (للطفل والمرأة). 2. كيفية طرق المعالجة. أهمية البحث: بعد العنف الأسري من المشاكل الكبيرة والمدمرة التي تؤثر تأثيراً سلبياً ومباشراً على الأطفال بشكل خاص والمرأة أو الأم بشكل عام. وإن مشكلة العنف الأسري ترتبط بالعديد من العوامل والمتغيرات الفردية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية والنفسية والبيئية، الأمر الذي يجعل من نظرية واحدة منفردة تدعي تفسيره أمراً غير دقيق، ومن الصعب فهم طبيعة العنف الأسري دون ربطه ببعض المفاهيم المتصلة به، فظاهرة العنف الأسري هي أخطر أنواع العنف لما يترتب عليها من آثار سلبية قد تؤدي إلى هدم الكيان العائلي بالكامل ونشوء جيل من الأبناء المشوشين والمضطربين فكرياً وسلوكياً. كما يستهدف النيل من قدرات الأطفال المعنفين التعليمية والانتاجية والابداعية وما يضطلع بهم من مهام ومسؤوليات مستقبلية هذا من جانب وتعريض أمن واستقرار المجتمع للخطر وتأثير ذلك على سلامة ابناءه ونظمه وأجهزته وسياسته وخلخلة لسباقاته لما يتعرض له الطفل من حالة عدم التوازن بسبب اعتداء لفظي وغير لفظي أو إيذاء بدني وغير بدني للنفس سواء عن قصد أو تعمد، وهذا يؤدي إلى إلحاق الأذى أو تدمير منظومة شخصية الطفل على وجه التحديد والمرأة بشكل عام وما تتعرض له من أشكال العنق الأسري والاجتماعي. وقد جاء البحث بمقترحات للعلاج منها: 1. العمل على نشر الوعي بين الأهالي لأهمية استقرار الأسرة. 2. الحد من استعمال العنف البدني للأطفال خاصة والمرأة على وجه العموم محاولة الوصول إلى طرق أخرى للعقاب بدلاً من الضرب والحرمان من الأشياء المرغوبة لديه على أن لا تكون من الأشياء الأساسية. 3. العمل على منع الأطفال من مشاهدة العنف المعروض على شاشات الفضائيات. 4. إبعاد الأطفال من العمل في الورش، كأن تكون ورش تصليح السيارات أو الدراجات أو محلات الحدادة وغيرها من الأعمال. 5. نشر الوعي ضد العنف للمرأة والطفل عن طريق المحاضرات والندوات وتشريع القوانين الصارمة بهذا الموضوع.

Domestic violence , its causes and its effects on society ( women and children) . Aim of the research : the current research aims to identify : 1.reasons of family and social violence ( the child and women ). 2.How to treatment methods . Research importance : Domestic violence of large and destructive problems and negative and direct impact in particular and women affect the children or the mother is in general . And that the problem of domestic violence is linked to a number of factors , individual and social , economic , psychological and environmental variables , which makes the theory of a single individual claiming his interpretation is not accurate , it is difficult to understand the nature of domestic violence without linking it to some related concepts , the phenomenon of domestic violence is the most serious types of violence because of their negative effects that could lead to the demolition of the entire family entity and the emergence of a generation of children Almchocan and intellectually and behaviorally disturbed. Also undermines children's educational , productivity and creativity abused capabilities and carried out their tasks and responsibilities of the future of this part of endangering the security and stability of society at risk and the impact on the safety of his children and organized bodies and policy and loosening of the races is under such a state if imbalance of verbal and non-verbal assault or abuse of physical child and nonphysical to the same whether accidentally or intentionally , this leads to harm or destroy the child's personality system specifically and women in general , and exposure to the forms of family and social violence . The research proposals for the treatment of which was : 1. Work to raise awareness among parents of the importance of family stability. 2. reduce the use of private and women in general for children physical violence and try to gain access to other ways of punishment instead of beatings and deprivation of unwanted stuff has to not be one of the basic stuff . 3. Working to prevent children from viewing violence shown on TV screens . 4. Keeping kids from working in workshops such as an auto repair workshops or bikes or blacksmith shops and other businesses . 5. raise awareness against violence to women and children through lectures , seminars and legislation strict laws this subject
