المستخلص: يعتبر الدين من أقوى وسائل الضبط الاجتماعي في المجتمع الجزائري، بل يمكن اعتبار سلطة الدين الضابطة أقوى في تأثيرها من سلطة القانون الوضعي. ولا شك أن الخلل الوظيفي الذي أصاب مؤسسات الضبط الاجتماعي قد أدى إلى تفشي ضروب من السلوك الإجرامي داخل المجتمع الجزائري، والمثير للقلق أن الظاهرة الإجرامية بدأت تنتشر في أوساط المراهقين، فقد كشفت بعض التقارير عن انتشار كبير لحيازة وتعاطي المخدرات لدى فئة المراهقين. ومما لاشك فيه أن إدمان المخدرات يعتبر مقدمة لكثير من الجرائم (كالسرقة والعنف وحوادث المرور...) وبالتالي ظهور نوع من اللامعيارية (anomie) يميز سلوك متعاطي المخدرات. لذا نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة الميدانية إلى التقصي عن ظاهرة تعاطي المخدات لدى فئة المراهقين وعلاقها بإحدى أليات الضبط الاجتماعي متمثلة في الضبط الديني. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن غياب الضبط الديني - متمثلا في ضعف التنشئة الدينية وغياب الإنشاد الديني وعدم الالتزام بالشعائر الدينية - يعد من بين الأسباب التي تساهم في تفشي جريمة تعاطي المخدرات لدى فئة المراهقين.

Religion is considered one of the most powerful tools of social control in the Algerian society, and the religious authority can be considered strong in its effect than the authority of the law. There's no doubt that the occupational issue that affected the institution of the social control that led to the spread of forms of criminal behavior inside the Algerian society, and most concerning that the criminal phenomenon has begun to spread amongst teenagers. Some reports have shown a big spread for acquiring and drugs dealing. There's no doubt that drugs addiction is considered an introduction to a lot of crimes (such as theft and violence and road accidents...) and thus the appearance of a type of anomie that distinguishes the attitude of drug addictives. Thus we aim through this field study to investigate the phenomenon of doing drugs amongst teenagers and its relationship with one of the social control tools constructed in religious control. The study has resulted that the absence of religious control- constructed in the weakness religious raising and the absence of religious guidance and the non-commitment of religious rituals- are considered amongst the reasons that contribute in spreading the crime of drugs dealing amongst teenagers
