المستخلص: هدف البحث إلي التعرف علي مستوي كشف الذات والتفاعل الاجتماعي لدي طلبة جامعة صلاح الدين / أربيل، ودلالة الفروق فيهما بحسب متغيري الجنس، والاختصاص، وكذلك طبيعة العلاقة بين متغيري كشف الذات والتفاعل الاجتماعي. واعتمد البحث علي مقياس كشف الذات من إعداد الباحثين، ومقياس (التميمي، 1993) للتفاعل الاجتماعي بعد التأكد من تمتع المقياسين بمؤشرات الصدق والثبات وتألفت العينة من (330) طالبا وطالبة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية من ست كليات في جامعة صلاح الدين / أربيل للعام الدراسي (2012 – 2013) وباستخدام الحقيبة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) في معالجة البيانات أظهرت النتائج تمتع أفراد العينة بمستوي عال في كشف الذات والتفاعل الاجتماعي، وتبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في كشف الذات لدي طلبة جامعة صلاح الدين / أربيل علي وفق متغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا علي وفق متغير الاختصاص (الإنساني – العلمي)، كما أشارت النتائج إلي عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في التفاعل الاجتماعي علي وفق متغير الجنس، في حين تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التفاعل الاجتماعي علي وفق متغير الاختصاص (الإنساني – العلمي) ولصالح الإنساني، وكذلك تبين وجود علاقة إيجابية ودالة إحصائيا بين كشف الذات والتفاعل الاجتماعي.
