الحمد لله رب العالمين والعاقبة للمتقين، والصلاة والسلام على عبده ورسوله وخليله وأمينه على وحيه وإمامنا وسيدنا محمد بن عبد الله وعلى آله وأصحابه، ومن سلك سبيله واهتدى بهداة إلى يوم الدين مع تطور النظرية التربوية والسياسات المنبثقة عنها يصبح ضروري تكييف البيئة المدرسية بما فيها تنويع الأنشطة لكي يشارك الطلاب داخل الصف، فالبيئة المدرسية لها دور فعال في زيادة الدافعية لدي المتعلم وتحفيزه تجاه التعلم وحب المشاركة مع المعلم، لقد أصبحت مشكلة تدنى الدافعية عند الطلاب ظاهرة منتشرة في كثير من الصفوف الدراسية مما يؤثر سلبا على العملية التعليمية فالمعلم حين يجد بعض الطلاب معرضين عن الحصة الدراسية رغم ما يبذله من جهد لجذب المتعلمين نحو درسه، لابد أن يقف متسائلا وباحثا عن الظروف والملابسات التي جعلت هذا الطالب يقف منعزلا عن الركب، وما السر في انطفاء الدافعية عند الطالب، فما الدافعية إلا قوة ذاتية تحرك سلوك الفرد وتوجهه لتحقيق غاية معينة يشعر بالحاجة إليها أو أهميتها المادية أو المعنوية له، وهذه الدافعية تستثار بعوامل تبع من داخل الفرد أو البيئة، ولكن أين الدافعية ممن رضى لنفسه أن يقف منعزل رافض عن المشاركة في الحصة الدراسية وقد اعتاد أن يكون مستمع وفقط، وهذا بالتأكيد لا يرضي المعلم النشط الذي اعتاد أن يشرك جميع طلابه معه في إنجاح الموقف التعليمي الصفي، من هذا المنطلق بدأت البحث عما أريد طرحه لتتم الفائدة للآخرين فالحكمة ضالة المؤمن أنى وجدها فهو أحق الناس بها، هكذا علمنا معلم البشرية رسولنا محمد عليه أفضل الصلوات والتسليم، وقد اشتمل بحثى على جانبين: الجانب النظري، والجانب التطبيقي العملي.
