The aim of the research is to identify the role of the student teachers practice to discuss the educational action in developing and improving their professional practices, overcoming the difficulties they face in the period of field training and contributing to their professional development. The importance of the research is that it benefits the supervisors of field education within schools by drawing their attention to the need to include action research as a basic component in the field training of teacher students. It may as well benefit those responsible for the development of teacher preparation programs in each of the faculties of education, the Ministry of Education, educational directorates, educational departments and schools. The research used action research approach based on the Stringer model. The research group consisted of 10 student teachers in the third academic year, chemistry department at the Faculty of Education, Helwan University. The research tools represented in personal interviews and observation. The research tools were pre and post applied to the research group. The results found that the practice of student teachers regarding action research has contributed significantly to increasing the rationality in their practices and their excellence, based on scientific research, development of communication skills and their reflective critical thinking. They also concluded that the practice of student teachers concerning action research has helped in improving the level of their professional performance, refining their expertise and teaching skills, and increasing their ability to solve problems in a correct scientific manner.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
هدف البحث الى التعرف على دور ممارسة الطلاب المعلمين لبحث الفعل التعليمي في تطوير وتحسين ممارساتهم المهنية والتغلب على الصعوبات التي تواجههم في فترة التدريب الميداني والمساهمة في نموهم المهني. وتكمن أهمية البحث في أنه يفيد المشرفين على التربية الميدانية داخل المدارس من خلال توجيه أنظارهم نحو ضرورة تضمين بحوث الفعل كمكون أساسي في التدريب الميداني للطلاب المعلمين. وأنه قد يفيد القائمين على تطوير برامج إعداد المعلم في كل من كليات التربية ووزارة التربية والتعليم والمديريات التعليمية والإدارات التعليمية والمدرسة. واستخدم البحث منهج بحوث الفعل والمستند إلى نموذج سترنجر. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من 10 طلاب معلمين في الفرقة الثالثة شعبة الكيمياء كلية التربية جامعة حلوان. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في المقابلة الشخصية والملاحظة. وتم تطبيق أدوات البحث قبليا وبعديا على مجموعة البحث. وتوصلت النتائج الى أن ممارسة الطلاب المعلمين لبحوث الفعل ساهمت بشكل كبير في زيادة العقلانية في ممارساتهم وتميزها بالاستناد على البحث العلمي وتنمية مهارات الاتصال والتفكير التأملي الناقد لديهم. كما توصلت الى أن ممارسة الطلاب المعلمين لبحوث الفعل ساهمت في تحسين مستوى أدائهم المهني وصقل خبراتهم ومهاراتهم التدريسية وزيادة قدرتهم على حل المشكلات بطريقة علمية صحيحة.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
