هدف البحث إلى التعرف على دور رأس المال الفكري في تحقيق الأداء المتميز لكليات التربية. واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومعاونيهم بكليات التربية الرياضية بجامعات أسوان وجنوب الوادي وسوهاج وبلغ قوامها 80 فردا. وتمثلت أداة البحث في استبانة. وأظهرت نتائج البحث توافر متطلبات رأس المال البشري اللازمة لتحقيق الأداء المتميز بكليات التربية الرياضية عينة البحث. من خلال الاهتمام الواضح بمواردها البشرية وامتلاكها لقيادة ذات رؤية واضحة تشجع على إنجاز البحوث. وتوافر متطلبات رأس المال الهيكلي اللازمة لتحقيق الأداء المتميز بكليات التربية الرياضية عينة البحث. وسعي هذه الكليات إلى تدعيم ثقافة التحسين المستمر للعملية التعليمية ومخرجاتها. وتوفير البينة التحتية الداعمة للتدريس. وتوثيق برامجها وتجاربها للاستفادة منها لاحقا. وأظهرت أن كليات التربية الرياضية عينة الدراسة في حاجة إلى أن تتوافق البرامج الدراسية في الكلية مع البرامج المعتمدة في كليات التربية الرياضية الأخرى والمتميزة على المستوي العالمي بصورة أكبر. وأوصى البحث بضرورة التركيز على الاستفادة من رأس المال الفكري وإدارته في الجامعات ومحاولة تطويره وتدريبه. والعمل على تطوير الهيكل التنظيمي في الجامعات باستمرار بشكل أكثر مرونة ليسمح بتوفير بيئة داعمة لرأس المال الفكري. وأهمية العمل على اعتماد هياكل تنظيمية تتسم بالمرونة وتسهل عملية الاتصال بين مختلف الأقسام. وتعطي الفرصة أمام الأفكار الإبداعية لتحقيق الأداء الجامعي المتميز. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The research aim is to identify the role of intellectual capital in achieving the outstanding performance of the Faculties of Education. The research was based on the descriptive approach. The research group consisted of a sample of faculty members and their assistants in the Faculties of Physical Education at the Aswan, South Valley and Sohag universities. The research group consisted of 80 individuals. The research tool was represented in a questionnaire. The research results showed the availability of human capital requirements for achieving outstanding performance in the Faculties of Physical Education through a clear interest in its human resources and its ownership a leadership of a clear vision that encourages research. In addition, the availability of structural capital requirements to achieve outstanding performance in research sample of the Faculties of Physical Education. These colleges seek to strengthen the culture of continuous improvement of the educational process and its outcomes. In addition, we should provide supporting infrastructure for teaching, document their programs and experiences to benefit from them later, showed that the Faculties of Physical Education sample study in need to be compatible with the programs in the college with programs approved in the Faculty of Physical Education and other distinctive at the global level more. The research recommended the need to focus on the use of intellectual capital and management in universities and try to develop and train it, to develop the organizational structure in the universities continuously in a more flexible way to allow a supportive environment for intellectual capital, the importance of working towards the adoption of flexible organizational structures and facilitating communication between the different sections, and gives the opportunity for creative ideas to achieve outstanding university performance.
