المستخلص: The research aimed to clarify the reality of the administrative empowerment of the directors of the local secondary schools in the Mecca area. The descriptive approach was used. The research group consisted of 52 principals of the local secondary schools in Mecca. The research tool consisted of a questionnaire covering five dimensions: delegation of power and authority, communication and flow of information, participation in decision-making and opportunities for professional growth and resources.
The results of the study indicated that there are differences in estimating the averages of the chances of professional growth and resources for the principals in their dimensions according to the variable of obtaining a training course in the field of administrative empowerment in favor of who have obtained it. The research provides a set of recommendations, the most important of which were: the need to emphasize the interest of training school principals in the skills of administrative empowerment in the aspects that show the application of empowerment with a medium degree, and achieve the opportunities for professional growth. It also recommended the need for principals to know the techniques and methods of effective administrative empowerment, it provide organizational policies and procedures that support the application of school leadership empowerment, and work to amend the regulations and instructions currently in place commensurate with the fulfillment of the empowerment requirements and participation in educational decision-making..This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018


هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن واقع التمكين الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الأهلية بمنطقة مكة المكرمة. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من 52 من مديري المدارس الثانوية الأهلية بمنطقة مكة المكرمة. وتمثلت أداة البحث من استبانة شملت خمس أبعاد وهما تفويض السلطة والصلاحيات والاتصال وتدفق المعلومات. والمشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات وفرص النمو المهني والموارد.
وأشارت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فروق في تقدير متوسطات درجات فرص النمو المهني والموارد لمديري المدارس بأبعادها وفقاً لمتغير الحصول على دورة تدريبية بمجال التمكين الإداري لصالح الحاصلين. وتقدم البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها. ضرورة التأكيد على أهمية تدريب مديري المدارس على مهارات التمكين الإداري بالجوانب التي تبين فيها تطبيق التمكين بدرجة متوسطة وتحقيق فرص النمو المهني. وضرورة إلمام المديرين بفنيات وأساليب التمكين الإداري الفعال. وتوفير السياسات والإجراءات التنظيمية التي تدعم تطبيق تمكين القيادات المدرسية. والعمل على تعديل اللوائح والتعليمات المعمول بها حالياً بما يتناسب مع تحقيق متطلبات التمكين والمشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات التربوية. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
