هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن مشكلات التمويل المالي وأثرها على اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية من وجهة نظر الإدارات العليا في الجامعات الأردنية الحكومية. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من 104 أشخاص من الإدارات العليا في الجامعات الأردنية الحكومية والخاصة من الجامعة الأردنية وجامعة البتراء الخاصة وجامعة الشرق الأوسط. وتم بناء وتطوير أداة لقياس أثر مشكلات التمويل المالي على اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية. وتضمنت أداة البحث مجالين هما. الأول لقياس مشكلات التمويل المالي. والثاني لقياس اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية. وأظهرت نتائج البحث عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية تعزى لمتغير الجنس. وقد يعزى ذلك إلى أن هذه القرارات الإدارية تكون في أغلب الأحيان تشاركية بين صانع القرار والعاملين في هذه الجامعة وبالتالي هي غير معتمدة على النوع الاجتماعي للشخص. وخرج البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها ضرورة الاعتماد على رؤية واضحة شاملة لمشكلات التمويل المالي والتي تتكامل فيها النماذج التقليدية والمعاصرة لعملية اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية الرشيدة. والتأكيد على زيادة التواصل والتفاعل بين إدارة الجامعات لتحسين ورفع مستوى المعرفة والمهارة لدى الممارسين لعملية اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية. والعمل على مراعاة المؤهل العلمي للإدارات العليا ورتبته الوظيفية في مجال الإدارة حيث يؤثر ذلك على اتخاذه للقرار الإداري الهادف لحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالتمويل المالي. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The aim of the research is to uncover the problems of the financial funding and its impact on the administrative decision making from the point of view of the senior administrations in the Jordanian public universities. The research used the descriptive analytical method. The research group consisted of 104 persons from the senior departments in the Jordanian public and private universities from the University of Jordan, the private Petra University and the Middle East University. A tool to measure the impact of financing problems on the management decision-making was built and developed. The research tool included two domains. The first is to measure the financial funding problems. The second to measure the administrative decisions. The results of the study showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the administrative decision making due to the gender variable. This may be due to the fact that these administrative decisions are often participatory between the decision maker and the staff of this university and therefore they are not dependent on the gender of the person. The research came out with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to rely on a clear and comprehensive view of the problems of the financial funding in which the traditional and contemporary models are integrated into the process of making the good management decisions and the emphasis on increasing the communication and interaction between the management of universities to improve and raise the level of knowledge and the skill of practitioners in the process of the administrative decision-making and to work to take into account the scientific qualification of the senior management and career level in the field of management, as this affects the adoption of the administrative decision which aimed at solving the problems related to the financial funding .This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
