يهدف البحث الحالي إلى وضع خطط مستقبلية لتحسين جودة العمل الإداري بالاتحاد المصري للملاكمة وذلك من خلال التعرف على واقع التخطيط الإداري بالاتحاد المصري للملاكمة التعرف على واقع التنظيم الإداري بالاتحاد المصري للملاكمة وكذلك التعرف على واقع التوجيه الإداري بالاتحاد المصري للملاكمة. والتعرف على واقع الرقابة على العمل الإداري بالاتحاد المصري للملاكمة. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي كأحد أنماطه نظرا لملائمته لطبيعة البحث وأهدافه واجراءاته عن طريق وصف ما هو كائن وتحليله واستخلاص الحقائق منه، إذ أن المنهج الوصفي لا يقتصر على جمع البيانات وثبوتها وإنما يستهدف تحليل وتفسير النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها. اختار الباحث عينة (40) فرد ممثلة لمجتمع البحث، تم اختيارها بالطريقة العمدية العشوائية من بين الإداريين والعاملين بالاتحاد المصري للملاكمة وقد بلغ عدد العينة (40) إدارياً. وكانت من أهم النتائج أنه ولابد من وجود معايير توضح مدى تحقق الأهداف الموضوعة وأن تكون الخطط الموضوعة للمسابقات والمنافسات يمكن تنفيذها في ضوء الإمكانات المتاحة. وأن يكون هناك برامج زمنية يضعها الاتحاد لتنفيذ هذه المسابقات.
The current research aims atputting future perceptions to improve the quality of administrative work of the Egyptian boxing Federation, through recognizingand the reality of the administrative planning arrangement and instruction of the Egyptian boxing Federation also through recognizing the reality of the administrative supervision of this Federation. The researcher used the descriptive survey method because it is suitable to the aims and the procedures of the researchthrough describing and analyzing what is existed then deducting the facts. the descriptive approach is not limited to collecting and proving information , but it aims at analyzing and explaining results. The researcher chose (40) persons as a sample they were chosen in a deliberate and random way among the administrators and the staff of the Egyptian boxing Federation has reached the number of respondents (40) administratively. One of the most important results, was the necessity of putting criteria which shows how much aims were achieved. Plans and competitions also should be carried out according to the available (abilities) possibilities and there should be time tables to carry out these competitions.
