هدفت الدراسة إلى إيجاد أثر برنامج تطوير المدرسة والمديرية في تفعيل العلاقة مع المجتمع المحلي من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس والمعلمين والمجتمع المحلي وذلك لما يتحملونه من مسؤولية التغيير والتطوير في مدارسه. بحيث تصبح المدارس والمديريات هي المسؤولة عن ذلك وهناك مجموعة من الحقائق تثير مشكلة الدراسة، ومنها: ارتفاع نسبة التسرب والرسوب في المديرية، حيث أثبتت الدراسات بأن أحد الأسباب هي ضعف العلاقة بين المدرسة والمجتمع (بكور، ٢٠٠٣). من خلال عمل الباحثة كمشرفة تربوية في المديرية لوحظ تناقص أعداد الطلبة من صف لآخر بسبب ارتفاع نسبة التسرب والرسوم وارتفاع نسبة الغياب بدون عذر وعدم اطلاع أولياء الأمور عليها. قلة عدد اجتماعات أولياء الأمور في سجل محاضر الاجتماعات في المدارس. قلة زيارة أولياء الأمور في بناء خطط أبنائهم. عدم مشاركة أولياء الأمور في بناء خطط المدارس. عدم تفعيل مجالس التطوير في المديرية. وجاءت الدراسة للإجابة عن الأسئلة التالية: السؤال الأول: هل يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تفعيل العلاقة بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي حسب الجنس والوظيفة والمرحلة التعليمية والتفاعل بينها من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس والمعلمين؟ السؤال الثاني: هل يوجد فروق ذات دلال إحصائية في تطوير العلاقة بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي حسب الجنس والمؤهل العلمي والتفاعل بينهما من وجهة نظر أولياء الأمور؟ وتكونت عينة الدراسة الرئيسية من (١٦٢) فردا من (معلمين، مدراء، مدارس، وأولياء أمور) في لواء الأغوار الجنوبية والتي تم اختيارها بطريقة العينة العشوائية وتم توزيعهم على النحو التالي: (٣٢) مدير ومديرة، (70) معلما ومعلمة، (60) ولي أمر. وكانت نتائج الدراسة على النحو التالي: - وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تطوير العلاقة بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي تعزى للوظيفة والجنس والمرحلة والتفاعل بينهما من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس والمعلمين. - وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى للجنس والمؤهل العلمي والتفاعل بينهما من وجهة نظر أولياء الأمر. وخرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات ومنها: - بما أن أداء المدرسة يقع في مقدمة مؤسسات المجتمع وأهمها فعلى الجهات المسؤولة إعداد البرامج الإرشادية لترقية أداء المديرية والمدرسة حول كيفية تفعيل دور أولياء الأمور حسب الأساليب التربوية الحديثة.
This study aimed at finding the influence of the school and the Directorate Development Program on activating the relationship between the local community from school principals', teachers' and the local community's perspectives as they are responsible for the change and development in their schools. The Ministry of education has Supported this program in order to adopt positive attitudes toward the change and development in their schools. There were some facts which contributed to the study; they are following: • The high percentage or failure and school drop-out ill the Directorate Of education ill Al aghwar aljunobbieh; a thing which is attributed to the weak relationship between the school and the local community (Bkour 2003). • It was noticed that the number Of students moving from one grade to another has degreased due to the high percentage or failure and unjustified drop-out • Less school parent - conferences • Less financial support from the local community • Parents rarely visit the schools to cheek on their children progress No participation on the part of the parents in setting school plans Inactivity of the development councils. The study came up to answers these questions: 1. Are there any differences of statistical significance in activating the relationship between the school and the local community according to gender, profession, learning stage and the interaction between them principals' and teachers' perspectives? 2. Are there any differences of statistical significance in developing the relationship between the school and the local community according to gender, qualification and the interaction between them from parents' perspective ? the main study sample consisted of (162) persons chosen randomly , of which 32 are school masters and mistresses, (70) are male and female teachers and (60) parents. The study concluded that: • There are differences of statistical significance in developing the relationship between the school and the local community attributed to the profession , gender and the stage and the interaction between (hem from principals’ and teachers’ perspectives. • There are differences of statistical significance which are attributed to gender, qualification and the interaction between them from parents’ perspective. The study ended with these recommendations: 1. Since the school comes in the front of the society institutions, the concerned parties should prepare guidance programs to better the performance of the directorate and the school as to activating the parents role in accordance with the modern methods of educatio
