Richard Vayis "There is always popular life and popular culture where man is subject as the bearer of culture in his thought, his feelings or his behavior, to the authority of society and heritage. He retorts that within each man there is a continuous conflict between popular and non-popular behavior. This is why, it is appears inside each man two different positions, one is individual and the other is popular and social The cultural heritage within the society moves as Mohamed Djohari observed it. Indeed, it moves: • From adults to young people. • From an upper layer to a lower layer • A downstream movement to downstream • And a circular motion Since this cultural heritage is an investment of the great literary scholar and those studying their works, since children's educational theater is an example that can be considered as an important and useful subject for future generations, tomorrow generation especially in view of all the phenomenal and rapid changes, transformations and advances and the strange changes of our time on all standards and levels, competent and responsible parties must be interested and plan for future studies where they work on the necessity of the suitable preparation and the organization to win the challenges of the future in trying to protect the child and preorder him of the material and ideological danger in particular.
يقول ريتشارد فابيس: "توجد الحياة الشعبية والثقافة الشعبية دائما يخضع الإنسان كحامل للثقافة في تفكيره أو شعوره أو تصرفاته لسلطة المجتمع والتراث، ويردف يوجد داخل كل إنسان شد وجذب دائمان بين السلوك الشعبي وغير الشعبي، ولذلك يتضح عند كل إنسان موقفان مختلفان أحدهما فردي، والآخر شعبي واجتماعي. وتتحرك المدونة المادية داخل المجتمع كما رصدها محمد الجوهري فهي: تتحرك من الكبار إلى الصغار ومن طبقة أعلى إلى طبقة أدنى الحركة من أسفل إلى أعلى والحركة الدائرية واعتبار هذه المدونة التراثية استثمارا لكبار الأدباء والدارسين في أعمالهم باعتبار المسرح التعليمي للأطفال مثلا يمكن اعتباره موضوعا ضروريا ومهما للأجيال القادمة، أجيال الغد خاصة بالنظر لكل التغيرات والتحولات والتطورات الرهيبة والسريعة والمتغيرات العجائبية في زماننا الحالي وعلى جميع المستويات والأصعدة لذلك كان لزاما على الجهات المعنية والمسؤولة أن تهتم وتخطط لدراسات مستقبلية تعمل فيها على ضرورة الإعداد والتنظيم والاستعداد المناسب لكسب رهانات المستقبل، ومحاولة حماية الطفل ورعايته من الخطر المادي والفكري بالخصوص .
