|b The present study aims to investigate motives behind the return of Saudi migrants to the city of Oneazah, in the Qaseem region, by implementing push-pull theory, using personal, environmental, social and economic indicators, beside investigating variations between returnees according to demographic, social and economic variables. My focus was on temporary migrations where the decision to return is taken by the immigrant. Using social survey method; subjects were reached by snowballing, (63) Heads of household returnees answered the questionnaire. Findings revealed stronger effects of pull factors found in Oneazah compared to push factors in the previous places. Social indicators of both push and pull factors showed higher level of effect, followed by environmental, then personal indicators, but economic indicators showed lower level. Social indicators were higher due to strong family bonds. The study indicated no significant variations between respondent in push and pull factors according to their age, level of education and level of income but according to their employment status the study found significant variations between respondent in push factors only.
