المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة الراهنة إلى معالجة موضوع مهم حول التعرف على أنماط تهديدات الإجرام السياسي والمعلوماتي على روح الانتماء لدي الشباب، ودراسة الأبعاد الأيديولوجية والسياسية للمبحوثين ورؤاهم المتعددة والمتباينة حول مفهوم الانتماء، والمهددات السياسية والمعلوماتية التي تؤثر فيه، وتضعف من مستواه عند الشباب، فى إطار تقييم نمط العلاقة المتبادلة بين الدولة والشباب وأشكال الممارسة بينهم، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم استخدام استمارة الاستبيان كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات، بجانب استمارة مقابلة، وآراء مس ؤ ولين وخبراء (أمنيين، وتقنيين)بالإضافة إلى السجلات الرسمية، واعتمدت على عينة قوامها ٢٤٣ ) تم انتقاؤها بشكل عمدي من الشباب والخبراء والتقنيين من محافظة (الأقصر، وقنا، والقاهرة). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها؛ وجود علاقة وثيقة بين تهديدات الإجرام السياسي والمعلوماتي وتأثيراتها السلبية على مستوى الانتماء لدى الشباب، كما تباينت الانتماءات الأيديولوجية والاهتمامات العامة للشباب وجاءت على رأسها الانتماءات السياسية، والاهتمامات بالتقنيات التكنولوجية الحديثة، بالإضافة إلى ذلك تنوعت أنماط العلاقة والممارسة بين الشباب والدولة المصرية ما بين (توافق ومشاركة، تعارض واختلاف، انسحاب ومقاطعة، صراع وتناقض)، فى حين تباينت كيفيات الانتماء عند كلاً من الدولة من ناحية والشباب من ناحية أخري، كما تنوعت صور تهديدات الإجرام السياسي والمعلوماتي التي يمارسها الشباب والدولة والتي تؤثر سلباً على روح الانتماء العام.

The present study aims to address an important topic of identifying patterns of political and informational crime threats to the sense of belonging among the youth. The study also seeks to understand the ideological and political dimensions of the respondents and their various and differing views on the concept of affiliation and the political and information threats that affect it and weaken its level among young people, under the framework of assessing the pattern of mutual relationship between the state and youth and the forms of practice between them. Therefore, the study relied on a descriptive and analytical approach. The study used a questionnaire form as the primary data collection tool, along with an interview form, the opinions of officials and experts (security, technical) as well as official records. It relied on a deliberately selected sample consisting of 243 members, including young people, experts, and technicians from Luxor, Qena, and Cairo governorates.
The study reached many findings, the most important of which is the existence of a close relationship between the threats of political and information crime and their negative effects on the level of belonging among young people. Ideological belongings and general interests of young people also varied notably the political belongings and interests with modern technological technologies. In addition to that, the patterns of relationship and practice between youth and the Egyptian state varied between (consensus and participation, opposition and disagreement, withdrawal and boycott, conflict, and contradiction). The ways of belonging to the country on the one hand and youth, on the other hand, as well as the images of political and information crime threats by youth and the State, which negatively affect the spirit of public belonging, also varied.
