المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة الراهنة إلى معالجة موضوع مهم حول التعرف على أنماط تهديدات الإجرام السياسي والمعلوماتي لروح الانتماء لدى الشباب، ودراسة الأبعاد الأيديولوجية والسياسية للمبحوثين ورؤاهم المتعددة والمتباينة حول مفهوم الانتماء، والمهددات السياسية والمعلوماتية التي تؤثر فيه، وتضعف من مستواه عند الشباب، في إطار تقييم نمط العلاقة المتبادلة بين الدولة والشباب وأشكال الممارسة بينهم، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات، بجانب استمارة مقابلة واستطلاع آراء مسؤولين وخبراء (أمنيين، وتقنيين) بالإضافة إلى السجلات الرسمية، واعتمدت على عينة قوامها (243) تم انتقاؤها بشكل عمدي من الشباب والخبراء والتقنيين من محافظة (الأقصر، وقنا، والقاهرة). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: وجود علاقة وثيقة بين تهديدات الإجرام السياسي والمعلوماتي وتأثيراتها السلبية على مستوى الانتماء لدى الشباب، كما تباينت الانتماءات الأيديولوجية والاهتمامات العامة للشباب، وجاءت على رأسها الانتماءات السياسية، والاهتمامات بالتقنيات التكنولوجية الحديثة، بالإضافة إلى ذلك تنوعت أنماط العلاقة والممارسة بين الشباب والدولة المصرية ما بين (توافق ومشاركة، وتعارض واختلاف، وانسحاب ومقاطعة، وصراع وتناقض)، في حين تباينت كيفيات الانتماء عند كل من الدولة من ناحية والشباب من ناحية أخرى، كما تنوعت صور تهديدات الإجرام السياسي والمعلوماتي التي يمارسها الشباب والدولة والتي تؤثر سلبا على روح الانتماء العام.

The current study aims at addressing an important topic about identifying the types of threats of political and informational criminality to the spirit of belonging among young people, studying the ideological and political dimensions of the respondents and their multiple and different visions about the concept of belonging and the political and informational threats which affect them and weaken its level among the young people in the context of assessing the pattern of the mutual relationship between the state and the youngsters and the forms of practice among them. To achieve this objective, the study was based on the analytical descriptive approach. A questionnaire was used as a basic tool for data collection along with a corresponding form and survey were also conducted among officials and experts, security and technicians. (in addition, the official records were also used in this regard). It adopted a deliberated sample of (243) young individuals including experts and technicians from the governorate of Luxor, Qena and Cairo. The study showed several results, the most important of which is: a close relationship between the threats of political and information crime and its negative impact on the level of belonging among young people. The ideological affiliations and the general concerns of the youngsters also varied mainly political affiliations and the concerns with modern technology. In addition, the patterns of relationship and practice between youngsters and the Egyptian state varied between compatibility, sharing, opposition, disagreement, withdrawal, boycott, conflict and contradiction, while there were different kinds of affiliation among both the state on one hand and the youngsters on the other. The images of the threats of political and information criminality practiced by youngsters and the state which affect negatively the spirit of general affiliation also varied.
