لقد كان للإمام زين العابدين عليه السلام دور أساسي في حفظ نهضة عاشوراء واستمرارية مدرسة كربلاء المقدسة إلى يومنا هذا. حيث أدى الإمام عليه السلام كل ما بوسعه لإحياء ظلامة أبيه الحسين عليه السلام حتى استمرت قضية عاشوراء والنهضة الحسينية المباركة إلى يومنا هذا، بل وستستمر إلى يوم القيامة بإذن الله تعالى. فقد سعى الإمام زين العابدين عليه السلام دائماً إلى تشكيل مجالس الحزن والعزاء على شهداء كربلاء وبيان ما جرى فيها من الظلم والجور.. فكان ببصيرته الثاقبة كلما نظر إلى عماته وأخواته شرع بالبكاء عالياً. وإذا ما سقط نظره عليه السلام على طفل رضيع جرت دموعه على خديه. وإذا ما شاهدت عينيه رأسا مقطوعاً حتى إذا كان لحيوان، أو عند ما كان يريد الجزار ذبح شاة، فإنه عليه السلام كان يتأثر بشدة، فقد مر عليه السلام ذات يوم في سوق المدينة على جزار بيده شاه يجرها إلى الذبح، فناداه الإمام: يا هذا هل سقيتها الماء؟ فقال الجزار: نعم نحن معاشر الجزارين لا نذبح الشاة حتى نسقيها الماء، فبكى الإمام عليه السلام وصاح:- "والهفاه عليك أبا عبد الله، الشاة لا تذبح حتى تسقى الماء وأنت ابن رسول الله تذبح عطشاناً". لم يذبح الكبش حتى يورى من ظمأ ويذبح ابن رسول الله ظمــــــآناً وإذا ما قدموا له طعاماً أو ماءً، تحسر وتأوه حتى يمزج ذلك بدموع عينيه. يقول أحد مواليه: "كان الإمام السجاد عليه السلام صائماً، وعند الإفطار قدمت له مقداراً من الخبز والماء، ولكنه ما أن نظر إلى الماء، بكى عالياً، قلت: يا بن رسول الله، أشرب الماء. قال عليه السلام: كيف أشرب الماء وقد قتل ابن رسول الله عطشاناً. قلت: يا بن رسول الله كل طعامك! قال عليه السلام: كيف آكل طعامي وقد قتل ابن رسول الله جوعاناً". نعم إن البكاء مدرسة حضارية، استخدمها الإمام زين العابدين عليه السلام لفضح الظلم والطغيان مضافاً إلى الأساليب الأخرى كأسلوب الدعاء وإلقاء الخطب وبيان الأحاديث وتنظيم الكوادر الواعية وما أشبه مما هو مذكور في تاريخ الإمام عليه السلام. إن الله عز وجل فطر الناس على حب المظلوم ونصرته، وسلاح الظلامة أقوى وأمضى سلاح على الظالم المعتدي، ومن هنا فإن الإمام زين العابدين عليه السلام بعد فاجعة كربلاء جعل من ظلامة أهل بيت العصمة والطهارة عليه السلام شعاراً لفضح وطعن أعداء الحق وأنصار الباطل. الاطار العام للبحث.
