المستخلص: The aim of this research is to learn how to construct the MEGC model for the Algerian economy and an applied attempt to study the quantitative effects of the creation of a Euro-Algerian free zone, and then to present the various implications of the Association Agreement with the European Union according to various representations of different scenarios related to trade openness. We concluded that this agreement bears some of the costs to the Algerian economy due to the contraction of the state revenues resulting from the removal of customs duties, the bankruptcy of some Algerian institutions and some advantages due to the low prices of goods imported from the European Union.

L’objectif principal de ce travail est d’étudier l'impact quantitatif de la création d’une zone de libre échange euro méditerranéenne sur l’économie algérienne à travers un modèle d’équilibre général calculable (MEGC) puis on va simuler les différents scénarios de l’ouverture commerciale dans le cadre du partenariat euro méditerranéen. On a conclu que cet accord va produire quelques résultats négatifs sur l’économie algérienne par la diminution des recettes de l’état à travers le démantèlement tarifaire et le déficit de quelques entreprises algériennes, comme il va produire quelques résultats positifs à travers la baisse des prix des produits importés en provenance de l’UE.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة كيفية بناء نموذج التوازن الحسابي العام MEGC للاقتصاد الجزائري ومحاولة تطبيقية لدراسة الآثار الكمية لخلق منطقة تبادل حر أورو جزائرية، ومن ثم عرض مختلف الأثار المترتبة عن اتفاق الشراكة مع الاتحاد الأوروبي وفق عدة تمثيليات لسيناريوهات مختلفة التي تخص الانفتاح التجاري.
حيث توصلنا إلى أن هذا الاتفاق يحمل بعض التكاليف للاقتصاد الجزائري بفعل تقلص إيرادات الدولة الناجمة عن نزع الرسوم الجمركية، وإفلاس بعض المؤسسات الجزائرية كما يتيح بعض المزايا بفعل انخفاض أسعار السلع المستوردة من الاتحاد الأوروبي.
