|f The port is the most important element of any logistics chain that requires maritime transport at one stage from its various stages. An effective logistics chain cannot be achieved without a seaport capable of providing quality logistics services, in addition to the minimization of operating costs, the most important of which is the waiting time for ships. This study aims to measure the average waiting time of ships outside and at the pier at Mostaganem Port using the queues theory.\nThe results confirm that the average annual waiting time for ships is about 91 days, confirming that the logistics services provided by Mostaganem Port are very limited. Thus, we suggest improving the port's logistics capabilities in order to achieve better performance.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.

|d Les ports sont l'un des maillons clés de toute chaine logistique qui nécessite un transport maritime dans une de ses étapes. L'efficacité de la chaine logistique ne peut exister qu'avec un port maritime fiable, capable d'assurer des services logistiques de bonne qualité et de minimiser les coûts portuaires dont le temps d'attente des navires. L'objectif de cette étude est d'utiliser la théorie des files d'attente pour mesurer le temps moyen d'attente des navires en rade et en quai au niveau du port de Mostaganem. Les résultats ont démontré que le temps moyen est de 19 jours, ce qui prouve que les services logistiques portuaires sont d'une qualité limitée. D'où, il est indispensable d'introduire une fonction logistique efficace dans la gestion portuaire.

|a يعتبر الميناء أهم عنصر في أي سلسلة لوجستية تستلزم نقل بحري في مرحلة من مراحلها. فلا يمكن تحقيق سلسلة لوجستية فعالة بدون ميناء بحري قادر على تقديم خدمات لوجستية في المستوى، إضافة إلى تدنية تكاليف التشغيل والتي من أهمها مدة انتظار السفن. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس متوسط مدة انتظار السفن خارج وعند الرصيف في ميناء مستغانم باستعمال نظرية الطوابير.\nأكدت النتائج أن متوسط مدة الانتظار السنوية للسفن هي حوالي 91 يوم، وهذا ما يؤكد أن الخدمات اللوجستية التي يقدمها ميناء مستغانم جد محدودة. وبالتالي، نقترح تحسين القدرات اللوجستية للميناء من أجل تحقيق مستوى أداء أحسن.
