|f This study aims to demonstrate the role and importance of high school incubators in training and supporting entrepreneurs whether they are engineering students, engineers or doctoral candidates until they accurately establish their business, represented by the emerging institution. The results showed that despite limited means and various problems, the motivation and satisfaction of project holders from: students under study, engineers and doctoral students were above average. They were motivated to overcome all these difficulties to achieve their goals.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.

|d Cette étude vise à montrer le rôle et l’importance des incubateurs des écoles supérieures dans la formation et l’accompagnement des porteurs de projet que ce soit des étudiants, des ingénieurs et/ou des doctorants jusqu’à la création de leur startups. A travers nos résultats sur un échantillon de 14 porteurs de projets, on peut dire que, malgré les divers problèmes rencontrés par les porteurs de projet (étudiants, ingénieurs et doctorant) et le peu de moyens mis à leur disposition, leurs motivations et leur satisfaction ont été supérieures à la moyenne. Ils sont très motivés pour surmonter toutes ces difficultés pour atteindre leurs objectifs.

|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إظهار دور وأهمية حاضنات المدارس العليا في التدريب والدعم لأصحاب المشاريع سواء كانوا الطلاب مهندسين والمهندسون أو طلاب في الدكتوراه حتى إنشاء أعمالهم بدقة والمتمثلة في المؤسسة الناشئة. بينت النتائج أنه رغم الوسائل المحدودة والمشاكل المتعددة والمختلفة إلى أن الدوافع ورضا حاملي المشاريع من: طلاب قيد الدراسة، مهندسين وطلاب دكتورة كانت أعلى من المتوسط. فهم محفزون إلى تخطي كل هذه الصعوبات للوصول إلى تحقيق أهدافهم.
